Secondly, I don't believe this is being done on purpose. It wouldn't make any sense. QVC as well as any other retail business is in business to make money. If you must order immediatly something is wrong with that. Calm down and have some hot cholcolate.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The issue has NOTHING to do with solving the computer issues at qvc, I spoke to CS twice. It is completely down, can't order can't do anything.&amp;nbsp; It is going to be down over two hours. If that were the case, the idea of this is a way of solving their years of IT issues, this is not it, because they would have enough brains to shut it down in the middle of the night when $$$$$$ is not lost. JUST THINK ABOUT IT, QVC IS LOSING MILLIONS AND IT IS OVER TWO HOURS IT IS OUT. What is stinking here is that none of the hosts even mention it to the people watching at home, that is how qvc does bad business, instead of trying to salvage lost revenue by the second and having the tv hosts give suggestions on how to order, they don't, they once again allow the customers to go thru turmoil by keeping them questioning as how to order. In my opinion, qvc continues to be non transparent and instead of helping customs by telling the hosts to inform customers how to order why the computer is down, they simply say nothing.&amp;nbsp; Disgusting with a capital D&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I've posted here several times that GOD forbid if you want to talk to a human.....&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I've been on hold before (both cell phone and home phone at the same time for at least 15 minutes....waiting and waiting.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Sometimes I have a question or want to make sure it's being sent to the right place, etc.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;They've lost quite a few orders from me because I get tired of waiting.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I was talking to a friend who orders from QVC she said she has the same problem trying to get through.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;There isn't anything I really need and I don't buy a lot of specifically Christmas gifts.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I give people things all through the year, so I don't go crazy at Christmas.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I forgot to say I ordered cat food from Chew at 9:30PM on line Friday night.&amp;nbsp; It came yesterday!&amp;nbsp; A huge box (2 cases of canned and 4 packages of Sheba)....&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Same thing with Amazon!&amp;nbsp; Last year I ordered a kerosene heater early in the morning and it was at my doorstep the same day late at night.&amp;nbsp; The same day!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;QVC really needs to change their IT service provider.&amp;nbsp; There is something major that needs corrected IMO as QVC regularly has issues with the site not working.&amp;nbsp; I imagine there are&amp;nbsp;management personnel&amp;nbsp;tearing their hair out trying to get the system working again. Seems like the system is not large enough to handle ordering past a certain limit.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Those who say calm down and wait to order until the system is working again evidently are not wondering about the underlying problem that QVC has with their system.&amp;nbsp; Makes me wonder about the security of&amp;nbsp;our information.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Something is defintely not up to snuff.&amp;nbsp; In this era of on-line ordering, a company whose site has all the issues QVC has needs to be worrying about staying in business.&amp;nbsp; Can you just imagine how much money QVC loses when you cannot order on line.&amp;nbsp; Yes, you can use auto ordering, but this is the technology era and&amp;nbsp;that doesn's help those&amp;nbsp;who want to come to the site to browse and order.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
