    <description>&lt;P&gt;I only had this happen once. It was a small package and could not be located. I called the supplier and advised them of this and a replacement was shipped immediately.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Don't know if the original was found or returned to the sender. But I do find UPS to be great with shipping. Now, when they turn it over to USPS for delivery, I can add at least 2 days before I receive it and that is only if a weekend isn't involved.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Has anyone ever had this happen with UPS before? UPS emailed that they are investigating the lost package. It somehow went missing in transit. &amp;nbsp;I wonder if they ever have success locating the missing packages.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I can only count one or two lost UPS packages over the years. &amp;nbsp;Can't recall ever knowing if the eventually found the packages. My guess is that they somehow damaged the shipment and/or obliterated the label.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/219047"&gt;@homedecorator&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;It's happened to me.&amp;nbsp; I ordered some items from Target and the delivery person saw the Target name on the label and delivered it to the store.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It was signed for someone so I think that helped to trace it.&amp;nbsp; Regardless, no one at the local Target noticed and the package was never recovered.&amp;nbsp; I was hoping they would just give it back to the driver the next day and it would be delivered, but it never came - Target replaced the items.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yesterday. I was out and about. I happened to pass a UPS truck. The back door of the truck was completely up so you could clearly see all the packages. I could not believe all the hundreds of packages. And this was in the afternoon. So the UPS driver had been out making deliveries for several hours.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And we haven't had Thanksgiving yet. I would hate to see what the truck looks like closer to Christmas. Not an easy job.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've had it happen once, but UPS didn't let anyone know.&amp;nbsp; I kept tracking and one day saw a comment that the package was damaged. UPS sent it back and I was given a refund.&amp;nbsp; I called the shipper and told them the story and they sent a replacement.&amp;nbsp; It wasn't handled very well on the UPS side.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had a package delivered to the wrong address.They asked me to check woth my neighbors to see if they had it.I refused to do that because I felt if my neighbors had the package they would have two chouces ..either drop it on my door or keep it.I don’t want to investigate my neighbors.Anyhow two or three weeks later we got a call from a neighbor who lived on another street.He had just returned from vacation and had found my packages.The two different companies we called to inform gave us a very nice credit for our honesty as we had already received replacements.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just had the same problem yesterday with something I ordered from Costco.....Costco checked the shipper and the shipper said the item was lost....fortunately Costco will resend the item at no extra charge.&amp;nbsp; Everything anymore is going down the drain!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Last year I had a iRobot Roomba go missing - tracking showed delivered, but there was no sign of it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So I reordered thru QVC and then stalked the UPS man the day the replacement was supposed to be delivered and grabbed it as soon as he walked to the door LOL.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I got the replacement I noticed the label didn't have my apartment (condo) number on it. Since QVC showed that info on their order information it seemed to me that maybe it had been drop shipped directly from iRobot and they had left that (necessary!) line off on their label.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Well, in a 21 story building with 190 units it's hard to say where the first one ended up without a unit number on it - also the box showed exactly what was in it, so wherever it did go probably made someones day (even though I hate to think one of my nice neighbors would keep it knowing they hadn't ordered one LOL).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It never was delivered to anyone,it just disappeared. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have also over the years received a neighbor's packages. &amp;nbsp;We both have the same house numbers, but are on different streets...my house front faces a different direction than hers, but if you don't pay attention you would think we live on the same street.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have taken the packages over to her. &amp;nbsp;If I didn't, I guess they would be labeled as lost.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;yes but it was finally delivered two weeks later. It was from hsn. But just the opposite happened just recently. I woke up early one morning and their was a 100 lb. box sitting in the middle of my living room. I got my wife out of bed and asked her what the he'll is this box. She said how delivered it last night and I thought you bought something. Turns out it was my neighbors box. I called him up and they were on vacation. I called up UPS and they said to put it outside. Having a bum shoulder and the the box being heavy and bulky I could not move it the street. UPS would not come into the house to remove. The delivery was from Nordic trac and I told them UPS would not retrieve this box and they said to keep calling them until they took it away. Needless to say nobody wanted to do anything about this 300.00 exercise bike. The box stayed in the middle of my living room for a week until my neighbor came home and he removed it. There was a point when someone finally said to me just keep it.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;I have sined up with UPS and Fed Ex.&amp;nbsp; When a package has been sent, I get a text or email telling me the item is on the way and what day it will be delivered.&amp;nbsp; I track everything that I order from anywhere.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;Last Summer , I had ordered over 100.00 worth of stuff from QVC and Amazon.&amp;nbsp; I got a message saying that my packages were delivered.&amp;nbsp; When I went out to get them , nothing was there.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;I walked around the cul de sac and looked at everyones door and nothing.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I called UPS and told them they did not deliver my stuff at my house.&amp;nbsp; I said you need to send the driver over here and tell him to get my stuff and deliver it here.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;He said well it is gettiing late and he might not be abe to make it till tomorrow.&amp;nbsp; You might want to contact QVC and tell them your package is lost.&amp;nbsp; I said look I am not waiting till tomorrow as the things will be long gone by then and I am not contacting QVC when YOUR driver left them at the wrong house??&amp;nbsp; So over comes the driver (who had been here several times before)&amp;nbsp; He left the things at a neighbors house who was home and never bothered to contact me.&amp;nbsp; ( scummy neighbors also)&amp;nbsp; My house is blue with white numbers that are well seen.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;So moral of the story is track your items.&amp;nbsp; It costs nothing and takes a few minutes.&amp;nbsp; If I wasn't on their case, I am sure the things would have never been found.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I was told by UPS when I reported a missing non QVC package that it is the responsibility of the person or company that shipped the package to initiate issues or problems with UPS. For me, when I ship a package UPS I always insure even though it can be expensive for anything valued over $100.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;For those interested in what the back of a UPS truck looks like during peak season, follow them on Instagram or use their name in a hashtag and some drivers will post photos. Some of the drivers are very humorous about showing their load. My regular driver rarely opens the back of his truck during holiday season, he takes everything off the truck via the front door. I have always been curious how they find the packages on the truck for each stop they make.</description>

I have had several packages "lost" lately, but were located and delivered to me. Yesterday I had to call Amazon customer service&amp;nbsp;about an item that kept showing as out for delivery for three days, that never came. I was able to cancel the order, and receive a complimentary credit. Last month, my neighbor and I had to exchange packages, because they were delivered incorrectly. Today I am waiting on several packages, and am crossing my fingers they will arrive. I have NEVER had this many problems with my deliveries, and I get a lot of them. It is obvious the&amp;nbsp; local UPS distribution center is having major issues, that I hope will be resolved soon. I have not had any problems with delivery of my QVC items. I take it all in stride, because I understand the increased delivery demands placed upon on UPS and USPS, and am just grateful to have delivery service as much as I shop online.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#FF00FF"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;~~~&lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;All we need is LOVE💖&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Not with UPS, but Amazon Local. The driver mistakenly scanned my package as delivered although it wasn't. It never turned up. &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I've always wondered what happens to packages that go missing. &amp;nbsp;They have to be physically somewhere.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have always had wonderful shipping with Amazon...a recent order showed it arrived at Distribution center and was out for delivery the day after I ordered it...but...I got a delayed shipping email and tracking showed it had not moved since the 21st...I called CS and the rep I spoke to was so very nice....she apologized and said they would investigate that parcel and she has already sent me an email introducing&amp;nbsp; herself again by name and she said that my credit has already been issued to original payment again apologizing...the email came about a minute after I hung up with her...also she said its possible that it still may be found and delivered and for me to please keep it at no charge because of any inconvenience this has caused me &lt;img id="smileyhappy" class="emoticon emoticon-smileyhappy" src="https://community.qvc.com/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-happy.png" alt="Smiley Happy" title="Smiley Happy" /&gt; Wow!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Update: My refund is already back in my bank account...30 minutes after calling Customer Service &lt;img id="smileysurprised" class="emoticon emoticon-smileysurprised" src="https://community.qvc.com/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-surprised.png" alt="Smiley Surprised" title="Smiley Surprised" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
