    <description>First, millions and millions of people do not shop at QVC. That is laughable and patently absurd. They throw that nonsense out when referring to being accessible and potentially available in homes via cable. I doubt that even tens of thousands watch.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Second, there are not a few complaints about the reruns. The vast majority of comments expressed displeasure and disappointment, both here and on the QVC Facebook page.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I believe these complaints are why they are reinstating 1 hour of live programming beginning tomorrow.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It is clear to me that this was an ill conceived, poorly thought out decision by a fiscally pressured, collapsing enterprise.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;i AM UNHAPPY WITH THIS YEARS PROGRAMMING COMING UP TO CHRISTMAS.. Do they have a shortage of hosts.. Last night I had to be up all night .. I am so sick of seeing the mugs presented all night long ..replayed.. and I have seen this before and now they are doing pretty much the same on HSN.. I have always done most of my shopping from QVC at Christmas.. well not happening for me this year.. I need to get busy elsewhere.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Between those mugs and Dennis Basso, one could lose one's mind.&amp;nbsp; Then it's the same hosts every day over and over.&amp;nbsp; Alberti is getting on my nerves to the point I can't stand to watch 2 minutes of him.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Others are a close second.&amp;nbsp; QVC has outdone itself with boring repetitiveness this year, and the hosts have amped up their obnoxious factor by 100%.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If QVC is not making enough money to warrant being live from 1am-7am, then of course&amp;nbsp; they will show repeats. The few people who have complained about this are no comparison to the millions who shop at other times.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can shop online at QVC or anywhere and there are numerous cable stations on all night. I don't get who wants to watch hours and hours of QVC at anytime!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I understand the necessity of eliminating live presentations for 5 hours each night. I am to blame, along with all the others who have cut way back on shopping here.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;$10.45 to try on a clothing item and decide it is not a keeper? ( $3.50 + $6.95) Yeah, I'm done with the nonsense.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I know that QVC does not set ever-increasing postal rates, but I'm out, especially considering how long it takes to receive an order and that I can't cancel in a reasonable amount of time.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Their products this holiday season are horrible and I tune in in the morning when I wake up and immediately turn it off - even commericals are more interesting.&amp;nbsp; Later in the day I pop back on and there we go......the same junk they were trying to sell in the morning....apparently they do not have enough good products to sell for a 24 hour day.&amp;nbsp; Just a matter of time with QVC between their products, their shipping and their returns.&amp;nbsp; WRETCHED shopping channel anymore but then....there are no others any better.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="times new roman,times" size="2" color="#993366"&gt;It's not only the product offerings that have turned me off but IMO&amp;nbsp; only, most hosts have become unwatchable, even some I used to enjoy.&amp;nbsp; They need a lesson in manners and stop interuppting, talking over and competing&amp;nbsp; with vendors presenting their products. They are so busy making the shows about them, acying like they are teens at a pajama party etc.&amp;nbsp; So many great products online at QVC that never make it to air. I mean how many socks, throws and mugs need to be presented over and over.&amp;nbsp; Enough from me&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I agree I was one who would turn it on as soon as I opened my eyes and keep it on in any room I was in all day and until I closed my eyes at night. Not anymore.. when they started with a denim blouse for $120.00, and a curling rod for $500.00 well that out for me and I think ridiculous. I am tired of the same old same old. Most of the older hosts .. Jane Brown, and so many more aren't on there as much .. its just changed and this change I dislike so I watch other things and shop online .. If they don't change something between the cost of delivery and the time it takes to process an order and the same old thing .. I think they will lose more customers then they would like.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Normally, when a Walmart is so busy, they build another nearby to 10 miles away taking away the pressure from the one or two overwhelmed called "overflow" to handle all the customers.&amp;nbsp; It must be nice to sell so much a retailer has difficulty keeping their shelves stocked.&amp;nbsp; That's the problem.&amp;nbsp; Sometimes, it's a supplier issue.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;It's not only Walmart out of things, my busy grocery stores are too. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Walmarts around me still have some cashiers.&amp;nbsp; For assistance, I always go to Customer Service who are there to call someone to help.&amp;nbsp; CS is in the front of the store, not difficult to find. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Just reported, Walmart, Target, Lowes, and TJ Maxx topping all other retailers are doing phenomenally well.&amp;nbsp; 5%+ increase in sales so far this year.&amp;nbsp; Amazon not so much.&amp;nbsp; Amazon is killing quite a few retailers, but not Walmart.&amp;nbsp; Amazon's $249 billion in sales compared to Walmart's $500+ billion last year. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Same as Amazon, Walmart also has a huge online presence offering many more products than in stores.&amp;nbsp; Free shipping, $35 minimum purchase, next day delivery.&amp;nbsp; Placed an order around 11:00 am today.&amp;nbsp; Delivery tomorrow. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I could have ordered the same items at Amazon that were around the same price, but I never get anything in less than 5-7 days directly from Amazon and not interested in paying for Prime.&amp;nbsp; Walmart has nothing like Prime.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Lastly, Walmart doesn't raise prices while I'm looking at them like Amazon does.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;If you have a Amazon stick you can get a lot of TV with it.&amp;nbsp; I personally love getting things in one to two days.&amp;nbsp; If you use their credit card you get 5% back.&amp;nbsp; Walmart is trying to compete with amazon.&amp;nbsp; Tey just came out with a new credit card.&amp;nbsp; They had syncrony and are now switching to Capitol One giving a 5% back.&amp;nbsp; The problem here is the snow birds.&amp;nbsp; We have several Walmarts about 20min apart.&amp;nbsp; The one closest to my house is a super Walmart.&amp;nbsp; The birds come in and then the scooters come out.&amp;nbsp; They only have 2 cashiers now, and the rest are self check out.&amp;nbsp; I don't see how anyone can compare to Amazon.&amp;nbsp; They have the music, fast shipping, TV programs, special sales for Prime members and more.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Yes, some things I buy at Walmart such as my food.&amp;nbsp; I try to go once a month at the most.&amp;nbsp; Walmart dot com is a nightmare.&amp;nbsp; They sent my last order to New York.&amp;nbsp; I live in Florida.&amp;nbsp; I waited 3 weeks to get the order.&amp;nbsp; You can have them.&amp;nbsp; This is not my first issue with the walmart dot com.&amp;nbsp; I am done with them.&amp;nbsp; I like you could not see being a Prime member, but now that I am on&amp;nbsp; my second year, I will never give it up.&amp;nbsp; It pays for itself in a few months.&amp;nbsp; You have to shop around and I do, but Amazon gets most of my business.&amp;nbsp; Having huge bags of dog food delivered is a blessing to me. (just an example) Not sure where you are getting your information because I have heard Walmart is struggling.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I also heard Target is closiing some stores in 2020.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Who knows.&amp;nbsp; I guess I will shop with whoever is open.       <description>First, millions and millions of people do not shop at QVC. That is laughable and patently absurd. They throw that nonsense out when referring to being accessible and potentially available in homes via cable. I doubt that even tens of thousands watch.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Second, there are not a few complaints about the reruns. The vast majority of comments expressed displeasure and disappointment, both here and on the QVC Facebook page.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I believe these complaints are why they are reinstating 1 hour of live programming beginning tomorrow.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It is clear to me that this was an ill conceived, poorly thought out decision by a fiscally pressured, collapsing enterprise.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been a Q shopper since day 1.&amp;nbsp; I've seen NUMEROUS management changes,&amp;nbsp; and it seems that each time the newbie comes in to revamp and make things better, just the opposite happens.&amp;nbsp; To MAKE MONEY, you have to INVEST and SPEND MONEY.&amp;nbsp; They have cut back on innovative, fresh, new products at a VALUE.&amp;nbsp; Even CONVENIENCE has gone away with the long shipping delays. QUALITY has been an issue for a long time as well.&amp;nbsp; They USED TO HAVE THE BEST QC out there.&amp;nbsp; If an item passed QC at QVC, you knew it could be trusted.&amp;nbsp; I laugh today when I think of that.&amp;nbsp; Do they even have a QC dept any longer???&amp;nbsp; It makes me sad to think how this station was a rising star and how many amazing things I purchased many years ago, that I still have and use today....&amp;nbsp; quality tools for the garden, Italian made sweaters (that are 30 years old and still get me TONS OF COMPLIMENTS today ...&amp;nbsp; still gorgeous),&amp;nbsp; etc,&amp;nbsp; and almost no HOUSE BRANDS!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You had brilliant people in management who actually UNDERSTOOD what the customer wanted and CARED to give it to them, knowing that QVC would benefit too. &amp;nbsp; If you nickel and dime a customer you wind up losing in the end.&amp;nbsp; That is part of what is happening here. &amp;nbsp; What happened to the TSVs that actually gave you an AMAZING value?&amp;nbsp; Yes, there are still some,&amp;nbsp; but not many.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;QVC needs to clean house at the top.&amp;nbsp; Maybe all these bright young stars need to learn what works first, before they take over.&amp;nbsp; LISTEN, LEARN and UNDERSTAND YOUR CUSTOMER. &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
