Seeing the shipping light at the end of the tunnel

I've had a lot of issues with shipping delays, just like everyone else, but finally I see some signs of light.

I ordered a bunch of things on the recent free shipping day (11/17), and almost all of them were shipped today. That's only three days from order to shipping date.

Fingers crossed this means the shipping/warehouse updates are finally almost accomplished.

really? i was just querying why 2 orders of mine from 11/11 and 11/13 are still "in process." and CS can do nothing. verrrrrrrrrrry offputting.

I ordered something on Sunday too. It shipped yesterday and EDD is 11/22. I almost fainted from shock!

I've been really lucky. All of the items I ordered within the last two months shipped relatively quickly. I recieved all of them either by the estimated delivery date or at the most one day later.

I thought maybe things were getting better about a week and a half ago when my orders finally shipped but then I ordered something else and it sat in process 6 days and just shipped today so won’t receive it for another 6 days.

I ordered a Denim & Co sweater that was on clearance on 11/17. It shipped yesterday. I was actually quite surprised and pleased to see that. I hope it works out, I plan to wear it Thanksgiving.

Same here. I ordered some Ayesha Curry cookware on the 17th because of free shipping, and it shipped today. I was never upset about the shipping delays because I knew it would not be permanent, but this is good news!

Four items I received yesterday sat in process for 8 days before they even shipped.

No improvement seen here, unfortunately.

My clothing orders are shipping in 3 - 4 days. I'm caught up with old orders that processed a long time. I got about 10 orders yesterday; it was like Christmas.

Edited to add: Just checked my order status and my last 4 items, including 2 lunchtime specials, shipped in 2 days! Way to go Q.

Me too....even my Laura Geller make up that always took 10+ days to get came quickly.....

I ordered four items on Sunday (free ship day) and 3 of them were delivered today. To be fair I live in Philly, so not far from the Q warehouses. My last item is still in process. I have not been affected by the slow shipping/in process but I know others have.

If it’s fixed and new warehouse up and running why don’t they announce that shipping problems are resolved. Until that happens I have no plans to order. Just waiting to get closure on my outstanding orders.

I wouldn't know. I am shopping elsewhere these days where I can get free shipping at a certain dollar amount and return for free to a local B&M store.

I am planning a major trip later in the year so I do not need to spend here.

@Nataliesgramma Not sure if this is why, but Laura Geller had been moving her warehouse. I ordered something from her site lat Summer and didn't receive it for 2 months and I was livid because they charged my card right away. I will never order from her site again. I wrote them a letter and told them about it. No one has ever taken the money until the item is shipped. Yes, they ping the card, but don't charge you until it ships.

I have a pair of SG pants in process for 6 days now. Expected delivery says the 25th; that is 11 days from order date; too long.

Good for you, unfortunately for me my order from Nov 7th is still "in process". I've called, email the super support team, even tried chat. I told the last gal that since I have cancer I just hope my order comes before I die!~ (and I'm not kidding). Meanwhile, my orders from Chios (free shipping if you shop there a lot) and ebay orders on Nov 15 & 16 have arrived this week. I even received an email from Chico's on an order placed today that it is already being shipped with a tracking number. Now that's service.

I am really pleased for those of you who see improvement in shipping times or have never had an issue. That has not been the case for me recently. For that reason, I will continue to monitor rather than order. When I can see some consistency in shipping across the U.S. I will start ordering again.
