Does anyone know if there is an email address for customer service. I want to send them an email directly from my email, not using their coimments form. Chatted with someone in customer service, but she couldn't give me an email. Thanks.

QVC customer service is very limited in what "service" they can handle. See my comments in the "Customer Care" topic. The only people besides finance who can help and DID HELLP me is: qvcsocialteam@qvc.com

Thanks. I'll give it a try. I am very frustrated when defective merchandise is sent TWICE and the return comments section doesn't allow me to send mny feedback to give specifics about defects even though I was well below the 500 character limit.
