    <description>&lt;P&gt;I do not understand how warehouses has been an issue with shipping for over a year? How long is it going&amp;nbsp; to take to resolve It? My delivery times are all over the place and never consistent.&amp;nbsp; Other on line orders tell you exactly when you will receive merchandise and often earlier.&amp;nbsp; I just don't get it? CS must be tired of saying blame the warehouse and no one knows a thing more.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Anyone else having difficulty with items not shipping? &amp;nbsp;I ordered a Cuddle Duds cardigan 10 days ago and still not shipped. &amp;nbsp;Customer Service says all they can tell me is that they're aware of it and they are having shipping problems. &amp;nbsp;I would think considering shipping is a necessity in their business, they would be more on top of it than this especially during the holiday season. &amp;nbsp;Anyone have any other information?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I can probably purchase the same or similar items elsewhere at better prices with no shipping charges. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I called customer service yesterday because it's taking weeks to get delivery. I was told they are redoing and relocating the warehouses but apparently it's not going well. Since HSN and QVC have merged it seems to be a mess. I can only imagine what will happen withe the holidays coming. What really upsets me is my favorite designers are leaving now Barbara Bixby is gone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes!&amp;nbsp; How long are they going to keep "apologizing" for the delays and actually fix it.&amp;nbsp; Ordered a SG on Saturday, still in process, ETD, November 8th.&amp;nbsp; We'll see.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If they would get rid of their old stock--an IM tee shirt dress has been in LTS several times during the past week--maybe it would speed up shipping. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In the meantime, I ordered 3 items from Macy's all from different locations at the same time I ordered from the Q.&amp;nbsp; Received everything already and shipping was free.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>My two orders since sept 30 are still " in process" and I cannot cancel. As I've said before, all my auto deliveries, I've cancelled. Not ordering anymore. I'm done. No free shipping. No free returns. And you can't get anything shipped out. If this were a brick &amp;amp; mortar they'd be out of business.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;And add to that, UPS problems. &amp;nbsp;QVC order 10/24. &amp;nbsp;Label prepared 10/27. &amp;nbsp;Received by UPS 10/30. &amp;nbsp;Got to MD (where I live) on 11/4. &amp;nbsp;Now it's in Colorado. &amp;nbsp;It's supposed to be delivered back to MD on Saturday, with delivery to me by USPS on Tuesday, 11/12. &amp;nbsp;So, it's not always QVC that's the problem. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had a similar issue with Amazon yesterday. &amp;nbsp;I had an item that was said to be delivered by 2:15 PM. &amp;nbsp;Their tracking map showed that I was next to be delivered. &amp;nbsp;Next time I checked, package was now miles away, with delivery by 9PM. &amp;nbsp;Then a notice that there might be a further delay. &amp;nbsp;(I cancelled the order.)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What's going on with these carriers???????? &amp;nbsp;Crazy!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Seems for me the issues started when they switched to USPS for delivery. They can't get get anything right. UPS was always right on the date or before. My packages get delivered to the USPS location less than 1/4 mile away, then suddenly jump to another USPS location more than 50 miles away, then back. It's been this way for awhile. My packages are always late. Not to mention stuffed and smashed into my box.&lt;BR /&gt;Bottom line.... Bad service all the way around.</description>

      <description>I won’t be ordering any Christmas gifts from Q from this point on. Glad I already have the few that I previously purchased and was like pulling teeth to get them delivered. I am wasting too much if my time constantly checking on status, and calling customer service for puppet responses. In addition to shipping issues I still am not receiving emails on anything, contacted CS twice and told it is a “known” problem for some. The best thing they could do for everyone is decide on a shut down date like November 15, stop selling, get all outstanding orders shipped, transfer all of their Human Resources to the warehouse operation for two months and get the situation resolved. Then come back strong on January 15 resuming normal business.</description>
