I don't always see them either. I'm on an iPad using safari.

@GenXmuse. People using Safari consistantly have a problem using the Q website for whatever reason. When I used an iPad, I had two other browsers downloaded (no big deal) and just switched over until Safari decided to work again. Very simple to do.
