Eight Days In PROCESSING, Really?! Bethlehem TSV

Has anyone else run into this?! I know there's been complaints about shipping, etc., but this takes the cake!
To think I was actually worried (lol) about this Christmas tree possibly arriving while we were on vacay, apparently no worries there!!
Is this possibly due to it coming directly from the manufacturer?? :-O

@DooneyGal2 I believe these issues are best addressed by customer service. They can clear up any of your concerns. Complaining just gets more complaining from others.

Sad to say, but, yes I have run into that problem.

It has taught me to prioritize my shopping.

Unfortunately a Bethlehem lights order have been the most problematic and wasn’t even worth the wait once I received it. Be sure to open right away and check your order.

Yes, unfortunately it’s possible! I still have a philosophy order from 18th in process even though the EDD was yesterday. Two orders placed after 18th have already been received. Will call CS this weekend to complain.

I recieved one set out of three. Mine came from Ontario, CA . I live about 10 miles away.

Just E-Mailed CS abd told them I also am tired of waiting. Got an Email about the delay. Do not know why just one set was shipped and not the others Especially since they are coming from the same place. HSN is so much more effecient on shipping.

I'll be calling them shortly for sure - I was just wondering how typical it may be for an item to be in processing for 8 days, to me seems over the top ugh lol. QVC Customer Service may give me a runaround or sugar coat it, that seems to usually be the case.... will see what happens.

@DooneyGal2 It's happened to me several times this year. There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to it that I can see. Some orders are shipped quickly, some remain "in processing" for an eternity. One would think that a TSV would ship quickly because they know a lot of peope will be ordering. All I can say is, welcome to the club!

Yes, It is possible to be "in process" 8 days. I called customer service yesterday for something that was supposed to arrive today that I ordered on the 18th. Rep said it might come today or maybe next week and she didn't know where it was coming from. Today I received an email saying it was delayed but still "in process". I just received a notice from UPS saying it had been shipped, but they didn't know when it arrive. I am so frustrated. I saw a few things I would have purchased today, but don't really think I will - JUST because of the shipping issue.

Lock & Lock in process since the 15th Customer service clueless when I called yesterday.. There is apparently a shipping delay. The color is still being sold on QVC so it is a Mystery. YEP I asked why they would wait 10 days to let me know. there is a delay.

@jlrbr WOW that's crazy lol! :-O :-O You just know if you had paid for the express delivery they would have found a way to get it out promptly, let alone waiting 18 days- that's so wrong, ugh. QVC better be careful or they could lose shoppers, especially with the holiday season coming up!

Items I’m waiting for is still being sold also. Really makes me wonder. I placed a couple orders today that I have since canceled, tired of the constant tracking issues.

What I don't like is not being able to cancel these orders. Heck, I place two orders yesterday, paying $11 in shipping that I could not cancel this morning to take advantage of the free shipping "few hours".

Not being able to cancel is ludicrous. I'm done with them. I had an auto delivery since 2009 that I canceled. Another since 2017. I would rather spend my money in my county/city as opposed to fattening the wallet of Q executives. Maybe things will cost more, at this point I really don't care. And I'll have a better return policy, VonMaur, Nordstrom etc., I just want my item canceled at this point.

Hi @DooneyGal2 .... I placed an order on October 6th ... as of today it is STILL in Process However, today was the first time I was able to cancel it.... which I promptly did.

Mine still says Processing, and it was ordered on the 17th of this month. It was suppose to arrived yesterday. I called and spoke with someone, and they were very unhelpful. Almost rude! I have four things that keep saying In Process, so I won't be orfering anything from QVC!

@DooneyGal2 .. express delivery is the shipping method used when shipped. Unfortunately, it has nothing to do with the length of time it is in "process".

I have now been waiting that same amount of "in process" time for a Bethlehem Lights smaller tree. It was on clearance. I should have known better. Hope we get them before Christmas.
I should have ordered from EBay.
