    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="3" color="#0000FF"&gt;QVC needs to get their act together on sizing which is very inconsistent even within the same manufacturer.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="3" color="#0000FF"&gt;I purchased a pair of shoes in my normal size as the description from the manufacturer stated that they run “true to size.” To make a long story short, the third pair (which turned out to be a whole size larger - they sold in half-sizes, which I tried) finally fit. I would not have kept trying, but loved the shoes and couldn’t find elsewhere.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="3" color="#0000FF"&gt;Maybe if enough shoppers start buying elsewhere, as posters here have suggested, QVC will start having more correct/consistent sizing. They need to address the sizing issues.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="3" color="#0000FF"&gt;Edit: Also find that Q takes forever to issue you a credit on any returns!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Has anyone else got a letter stating that they have made too many returns? The products that I send back are the clothes as they never fit.The host's promote several times during their shows that you can send anything back within 30 days.The letter said my acct will be closed if I continue to send things back.I have been a good customer for 20+ yrs and cannot keep items that don't fit.......any thoughts?</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;They wouldn't have to send me a letter. &amp;nbsp;If I found I was repeatedly returning items, after a few times, I'd realize this was not the place for me to shop. &amp;nbsp;If it was clothing, I'd return to shopping locally.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I purchased&amp;nbsp; 4 pairs of Isaac pants and one pair of jeans, all same cut, size, style earlier this year. I had to exchange 3 of the 4 as they were not all the same size - both too big and too small in spite of all having the label with the same size. I have been a customer here since it was CVN, have purchased many clothing items, shoes, etc. and have never had problems with quality and such until this past year. So my returns have also increased due to their lack of quality control, not my indecisiveness. Should I shop elsewhere as so many of you suggest? Probably, but it is unfortunate at how the experience here has so dramatically changed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Purchasing clothing and shoes will always result in returns for QVC.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I assume that they have an algorithm that they use to determine who gets a letter.&amp;nbsp; Many brick and mortor stores track returns without receipts, however, returns with receipts should never be an issue.&amp;nbsp; QVC touts that you can return any item within 30 days for any reason.&amp;nbsp; In this competititve retail environment they should be grateful people still shop with them, especially, given that you have to pay for shipping to and from, which adds up.&amp;nbsp; I prefer to order on-line and return to brick and mortor whenever possible.&amp;nbsp; There is a growing trend for spme retailers to open up storefronts.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
