@GAC65 he is the Copper Chef rep. and sometimes presents other brands, as well.

he is an on air guest chef and product vendor on qvc.....he has been on qvc since 1999.

he also does infomercials.

right now he has recently had some back surgery and is recovering and taking a little time off from qvc presenting.

@Kachina624 and @SunValley - Really? I'm surprised to hear that. I think Eric is far more informative and interesting than John DiRenzo, whose voice grates on my nerves and who always seems to just want to talk about the nonstick rather than any other useful features of or details about the products.

Thank you for letting me know that he had back surgery. I will keep him and his family in my prayers. I miss seeing him on QVC. I think of him as a family member on the show. Again thank you for letting me know.

Thank you for the update!! I wondered the same thing. The Cooper Chef demos are not the same without Eric! David and him are a hoot together! Eric never takes things too seriously and is able to laugh at his own goofs!

I dont mind him. Mark Charles on the other hand ......
