They need to lower their prices. Every top on here starts at $50 and the quality is not there. I am so done.

I received a duplicate order and have another duplicate order on its way. Not sure what is going on but shipping and returns need to be addressed for sure.

Too little too late.

Christmas is coming, too.

The shipping is too slow and frustrating. Except for the occasional Linea items, I am out after 33 years. Acquiring HSN was clearly a big mistake.by Qrate.

QVC needs to worry less about attracting young new customers and more for how to satisfy and retain those of us who have been their bread and butter for decades.

Prices are ridiculous and quality of the clothing is c^@p.Convenience? Ha!

I got the email. I wish they would fix the return refunds. Waiting 3-4 weeks for your refund is insane.

Thoughtful email. Glad someone posted this thread. Yes, few delays in shipping last month not anything that would cause me to be upset. If there's something needed sooner than expected delivery Qvc offers upgrade shipping for a small price have used this service when needed. If anytime didn't arrive as scheduled Qvc customer service refunded my initial upgrade payment.

QVC true to the email: My orders placed 5.26 shows "out for delivery" today.

Since I'm here, I would like to give a special thank you to customer service.

I think that email was very overdue. Most people don't read these boards and wouldn't know what has been going on, like we do.

I personally haven't had any problems because I usually order only non-clothing items from QVC.

No. I receive quite a few emails from QVC, those confirming orders, advertising products, announcing TSV's, other specials, etc, but no $20 coupon or message about shipping; although I have two orders in process.

Wouldn't it be nice if someone who received that email copied and pasted ithe content into this thread so those of us who didn't receive it would know what it actually said?

I'd like to be aware of a communication from QVC addressing the shipping problems and plans for correction. Feel left out to read a thread referring to the information we could all be affected by and not receiving it from QVC myself. Is it for private consumptin only, just referenced, never quoted?

Here is the email I received yesterday (IMO there is no new info compared to the banner they posted here a week or two ago - except a lot of "cutesy wording"):

I never rceived anything. I don't get QVC emails anymore. I was getting them a few weeks ago. I never get a ship confirmation. I've checked my junk mail daily. I signed up for them. It would be nice to know what's happening. I never received my coupon when I signed up for a Q card either.

@DAD Do you get order confirmations via e-mail? And other Q e-mail for TSVs or a product line or show? For a while all of a sudden order confirms were showing up on my Facebook page instead of my mailbox. I fixed my setting on Q so that it switched back to e-mail. Don't know how the change happened--what I clicked on somewhere to have it happen when I didn't intend it to change.

And I check my junk mail folder every day. And also use the "search e-mail feature" with a key phrase like QVC if I think something was sent that I might not have spotted, since I get tons of e-mail each day.
