It appears that El Cheapo QVC has pulled out of the Mr. Rebates program. I just attempted to use it and was informed that it's an inactive store. If ever there was an incentive incentive for me to stop shopping, this is it.

@Kachina624 I didn't try to purchase anything, but still got to QVC thru Mr. Rebates.

I just checked Mr Rebates and both QVC and HSN are still listed. QVC at 3% as it has been.

mr rebates still has qvc on their website.

i ordered something yesterday and have a pending rebate.

went to check and they are at 3%.

ebates/rakuten has 1% cash back.

topcashback has 4%.

retailmenot has nothing.

Okay, I apologize to QVC and y'all. Something went wonky, I tried it twice for same result. Just tried it again and it was fine. Don't know what happened but it seems to be normal now. Whew, I'm glad.

It was still working yesterday...I hope it's not down because Ebates QVC percentage was only 1%.

FWIW, Topcash Back has 4% on a regular basis. That's the one I use most often now.

@Kachina624 You are not wrong. Last evening-in CA-mine continued to show "inactive store" also. Finally after I purchased something on ebates at 1%, I went back and then Mr. Rebates showed 3%. Something was malfunctioning.

When I pull up Mr Rebates, I see QVC is listed with a 3% rebate. 5/3/19
