    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/200726"&gt;@QVCkitty1&lt;/a&gt;Doesn't matter whether you're right or wrong &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; It is what it is. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For the most part until these past maybe 2-3 months Q's delivery was better than it was in the 1990's which seems to be the time lots of people think was perfect QVC.&amp;nbsp; NOT!&amp;nbsp; Most of my packages took two weeks, I returned more mercahdise in those days for defect than I do now, etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As for comparing them to others, I agree some others have gotten ahead of QVC although I won't compare them to Amazon which takes in well over 100 million dollars/year before they sell anything at all.&amp;nbsp; PRIME isn't free.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm hoping QVC does get its act together.&amp;nbsp; For me that doesn't have to mean same day or next day -&amp;nbsp; just dependable day.&amp;nbsp; Tell me an EDD before I click purchase and meet that deadline!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It always takes that long or longer for me to get my orders!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Several of my last Lock &amp;amp; Lock orders came from CA so I expected it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Even items coming from PA (I'm in Western NY) take that long.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am never in a hurry so it doesn't really matter.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It doesn't bother me. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I do about 98% of my shopping in line. &amp;nbsp;Some companies are fast, some are not. &amp;nbsp;I know QVC is not fast, they are slower than they used to be. &amp;nbsp;If I want something, I order it knowing that.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What I don't like is the slow returns and exchanges. &amp;nbsp;I have returned something &amp;nbsp;the same day I received it and got the bill from my CC company &amp;nbsp;and had to pay for it, only to have a problem when the return is finally credited.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Sometimes, I have asked for an exchange and got a refund. I have used my own label and they charged me return shipping.e &amp;nbsp;Now, that department needs some big time help from intelligent people. I try not to order anything &amp;nbsp;that I might need to return or exchange.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I think QVC needs to get on the ball, but I know they won't anytime soon. They are not &amp;nbsp;very competitive for our business.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No use complaining, QVC doesn't seem to care.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The worst delivery time of all has been for Lock &amp;amp; Lock IMO.&amp;nbsp; I cancelled two orders which just sat there, in process, for what seemed like forever.&amp;nbsp; Either the warehouses are not organized or the staffmembers have not been trained properly to handle orders.&amp;nbsp; As someone who runs a business, I blame management.&amp;nbsp; It is management's responsibility to implement order handling procedures.&amp;nbsp; If they don't work, fix them ASAP.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
