Placed an order 2 weeks ago, received in 4 days, had to return as the face cream was too drying and got a return note 3 days later. I have to think what in the world is going on with Q!

@matty liz: ITA - get my items so fast and my returns are credited and noted within 1 week, 2 at the latest and their CS is extremely helpful and informative.

@matty liz: HSN also has a great exchange policy. To start the process, you simply go online to the Order Status page and click the Exchange Item link. The best part? You don't have to wait for HSN to receive the item you want to exchange. Once you make the request, they send the new item to you right away!

Agree with all. They are much better about these things than the Q.
