I only listened to the first minute or two of the audio (then it went to an ad - ugh), but the Qurate person wanted to use AI - e.g. Alexa - so you can ask Alexa to order products from Qurate companies, or to answer questions about them. To my mind, it seems unlikely Amazon would cooperate with Qurate but what do I know. I suppose anything is possible for the right price.

@ValuSkr Oh.....didn't realize the "AI" was Alexa. I have a friend who argues with Alexa all the time.
