    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am VERY disappointed at the shipping delays over the last few weeks.&amp;nbsp; I am waiting for orders from March 14 and March 17.&amp;nbsp; They are still "In Process".&amp;nbsp; The Customer Service rep told me there is a "technical issue" at one (?) of the warehouses that is delaying shipping.&amp;nbsp; I am VERY DISAPPOINTED that QVC is not being a bit more transparent to their loyal customer base and communicating to us what the problem is.&amp;nbsp; This is VERY UNLIKE QVC and makes me question my loyaty.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I ordered a handbag from Macy’s, free shipping, the same day and it’s getting delivered tomorrow...just saying might be why I’ve slowed way down on my QVC orders...&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;What can we say?&amp;nbsp; QVC is not the speediest shipper.&amp;nbsp; Most of my clothing purchases ship on the 3rd day after ordering but the could take another day or two.&amp;nbsp; Then UPS dilly-dallies around with them and they can stay up to 3-5 days at the big facility in Hodgkins, Il.&amp;nbsp; Then after they finally make it to my city, UPS and the USPS decide who's going to deliver and that takes a day or 2.&amp;nbsp; It's a miracle we ever get our orders.&amp;nbsp; UPS seems to be responsible for most of the delays, and they don't lift a hand on week-ends at their distribution&amp;nbsp; centers.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Slowest shipping in the biz! I ordered an item from QVC July 26, and an item from Etsy on July 28 -- which shipped directly from China.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Both arrived yesterday.</description>

I ordered an item last August 6th. Still in process.....called CS and told me it might be shipped by next week Monday.....oh my gosh....I guess Amazon is the best online shopping network for me right now....Being a Prime member, you order today, you get it in two days time......Main reason why I rarely shop now with the Q.....Shippng Issues......Happy Weekend everyone!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have contacted QVC twice this week about shipping delays. I truly hope QVC is not taking its customers for granted. The expectation that customers will remain loyal while receiving poor service might be wishful thinking on QVC’s part. Why not address the shipping delay problem rather than taking a chance of losing much of your long-term customer base? Ignoring the problem is a risky business model.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the same issue. I called Customer Service yesterday and requested that they cancel my L&amp;amp;L&amp;nbsp; order. It's been "in process" for 10 days yet there are reviews (all bad) on the item. She said that she could not cancel an order "in process". My order was actually "on delay". I stated that I did not receive any notification of that and those orders can usually can be cancelled. I frankly don't feel that QVC is being forthright in these situations and that is very disappointing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I know they aren’t. I was told on Saturday that the purse I ordered on 4/29 would “definitely be delivered on 5/13, definitely.” Well the 13th came and went and there still isn’t any shipping updates, but the In-Process updated to 5/13 with a ship date of 5/9 😤&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I “definitely” feel like QVC is taking advantage of customer loyalty. They have never taken this long to process or ship items. The story I was given was that they are having issues printing shipping labels.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Give me a break and give me my bag or cancel my order.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordered an IML top on 5 May and it still had not shipped out of the warehouse a week later. I contacted customer service and they told me that QVC is going through some "shipping and delivery reorganization" that is temporarily affecting shipments. Not sure what that means long term but they definitely are going the wrong direction in this online shopping environment! By the way, today is the 14th and I still have not received the package.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was just told by a customer service rep that the Q has been upgrading its shipping software programs and there have been problems.&amp;nbsp; No kidding?&amp;nbsp; My May 3 order hasn't shipped yet but cannot be canceled, and there is no estimate on when it will ship.&amp;nbsp; Meanwhile, Amazon just changed its FREE prime shipping from two days to one day.&amp;nbsp; Why are we bothering with the Q anymore?&amp;nbsp; Just an old habit for me that I need to break . . .&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
