Looking something over before sending it out is one point of quality control which I don't think they do. The most important point would be at the manufacturing plant where inspection takes place after product is complete. Ever they have a lenient policy or they are saving money by not inspecting! Defective products are called seconds and pulled from the pack. That's what I don't understand. You are right, I guess they don't care?
