      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Something is wrong either with the Q system or the order/return process.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I returned a pair of Vionic TSV sneaks. Reason: order usual size but much to small in toe box &amp;amp; heel. &amp;nbsp;Did not want exchange going up a size would not be option.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;The return according to order status was rec'd and refund was issued on 2/7. &amp;nbsp;In checking my cc statement today I realized &lt;STRONG&gt;a ez pay dated 2/8 was taken although item returned.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I started thinking maybe others &lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;were taken on other returned ez pay items.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp; YES they were!!!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;There is &lt;STRONG&gt;no way &lt;/STRONG&gt;to see how Q arrived at &lt;STRONG&gt;refund (credit)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;amount which drives me crazy &lt;STRONG&gt;without &lt;/STRONG&gt;calling CS. &amp;nbsp;Of course, orig shipping is not refunded. &amp;nbsp;It really drives me crazy how/who determines if return fees are waived. &amp;nbsp;I'm sure I was charged the return fees☹️&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#000000"&gt;Now I have 2 issues. &amp;nbsp;I ordered a item then cancelled the item. &amp;nbsp;My "order status" shows cancelled on same date &lt;STRONG&gt;yet &lt;/STRONG&gt;received items🙄. &amp;nbsp;These items Shipped &amp;amp; cc charged.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#000000"&gt;I called CS on hold 47 minutes for next CS rep -- I hung up.😡 Will try again tomorrow.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#000000"&gt;You may want to check your ez pays and to make sure you're not being charged too if you returned something. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you purchase on easy pay and return an item, there is a chance you will owe money to QVC. &amp;nbsp;This changes my buying habits. I will now only stick to purchasing brands I know. I hope they rethink their return policy. &amp;nbsp;Again, unbelievable!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am trusting QVC when I return an item and I see on my account that I got a refund. I know I will not get my original S&amp;amp;H back and I know I will pay the 6.95 return fee. I will start checking my credit card statement to see if indeed my account is being credited. If I find I am not, I'll find another place to shop. Can you imagine the interest QVC is getting on all the money they are holding until a purchase is received and returned and refunded.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I buy a lot on easy pay and that has never happened.&amp;nbsp; Probably the return and the easy pay payment crossed in the mail so to speak.&amp;nbsp; And once the return is processed you'd get credit.&amp;nbsp; I retured a few things after Christmas - by the end of January - that I had already paid in full via easy pay and they refunded me in full.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I always check my returns and they are always correct.&amp;nbsp; There have been times I've been confused and CS has set me straight.&amp;nbsp; Many companies don't refund the original shipping fee nor the return shipping cost.&amp;nbsp; Though many have free shipping and free returns.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I can always balance my refunds to the penny.&amp;nbsp; QVC does not refund original shipping charges and if you use their prepaid shipping label, they deduct another $6.95 from your refund.&amp;nbsp; I am done with easy pay and will be more careful about what I order in the future.&amp;nbsp; Shipping costs are too costly for returns.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The problem is you have no receipt to see what was refunded (which to me is simply fraud--doesn't happen anywhere but QVC I don't think) so if you did do easy pay you have no idea whether they took one, two or maybe even THREE payments and how many you got refunded for.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;IF they offer this service then they should be able to track and account for it in the refund statement that customers are owed! &amp;nbsp;People should demand an accounting online for what we were refunded. &amp;nbsp;Or stop shopping. &amp;nbsp;And I'm about to that point.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just put a refund statement online. &amp;nbsp;It is computerized and accounted for, EASY FOR THEIR IT TEAM TO DO, and we are owed an easy and simple explanation of our transactions. &amp;nbsp;Period.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

And I would say the lack of a receipt or packing slip in packages seems to be the new norm; I typically get these items in QVC boxes as often as I get them in boxes from Amazon, Target, and other retailers (which is to say, rarely).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

That makes it easy to see the difference and identify whether the label fee was deducted, for example. However, I will say that I personally find it easiest to just refer back to the original order email from QVC in assessing return/refund details—that message has the order total and Easy Pay amounts listed in it very clearly (especially with the recent format change) and makes it simple to compare against the amount refunded.       <description>&lt;P&gt;i have decided not to use ezpay anymore. Then you can tell if you got a full refund. Read their free exchange policy. I just printed it as I have something that I can not exchange for a differnt size. It states if you send an item back to exchange if it's not available you will not be charged for the return label. Usually $6.95. Customer service doesn't even understand. I told her to read it. She said okay, then go ahead &amp;amp; return it. I do plan on following up!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

And unlike some other returns, I also never had to follow up on the transaction with customer service—I always got a full, fast refund. Good luck!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The only exception might be if you wait until somewhere around day 28 and use the Q return label with its super-slow shipping, in which case a second Easy Pay could slide in during the transit period. But I'd guess if that happened, you'd know to watch for an additional payment since you were returning the item so late in the available window, right?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
