    <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently tried to cancel an order and got the "oops" screen.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Got the same thing when I tried to email customer service on another issue.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Is this just too convenient for the Q or is their website that seriously messed up?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
