      <description>&lt;P&gt;I, also, want to warn you that QVC is not crediting refunds correctly and if you care about your money,&amp;nbsp; you may want to check to be sure they aren't charging you for return labels you didn't use or shouldn't be&amp;nbsp;charged for. That's the first problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I returned 3 items in one&amp;nbsp;package using a $6.95 label , one was&amp;nbsp;defective and two I didn't like.&amp;nbsp; I was charged $6.95 twice and that's incorrect, it should have only been one label fee (defective items shouldn't&amp;nbsp;incur S&amp;amp;H charges).&amp;nbsp; I had to call to get this fixed.&amp;nbsp; I've had this problem before. They also charge for the labels when you pay your&amp;nbsp;own return postage!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you're using&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;PAYPAL&lt;/STRONG&gt; this may be for you.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;I'm totally confounded by this problem and I need to do a little more research, even though I called&amp;nbsp; QVC CS and&amp;nbsp;although nice, I got no answers.&amp;nbsp; I've had many small Easy Pays on my last two credit card statements. &amp;nbsp; I started using Paypal for Qvc purchases in the last few months.&amp;nbsp; The easy pay dollar amounts on some ot the transactions are definitely not correct, some too high, one too low and one EP is just missing altogether.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The Qvc agent had no answer other than to say it's a Paypal problem,&amp;nbsp; that Qvc sent them the right information, call them, we have no way to speak with them.&amp;nbsp; She agreed&amp;nbsp; that I'm correct about the mischarges. Looking into it even further, I realized it's ONLY with QVC Paypal charges and not other Paypal purchases.&amp;nbsp; I just called my credit card&amp;nbsp;company and they suggested I call QVC again it that's the case and not let them pass the buck.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I won't use EP ever again (maybe all QVC) and I bet I'm not the only one.&amp;nbsp; EP has historically been good for QVC profits (or they wouldn't have kept it).&amp;nbsp; With changes in recent months, there's no EP information&amp;nbsp;whatsoever on the paper receipts, no $ amount and no number of EP installments.. Also your Qvc online accounting info is gone/ drops off every month so you cannot&amp;nbsp;reconcile your credit card&amp;nbsp; bill with your prior months QVC charges.&amp;nbsp; You can go all the way back on your Amazon&amp;nbsp; account. Who has time or wants to go through this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm ready to call corporate. Has anyone ever&amp;nbsp;communicated with QVC above C/S, about all of these issues and mistakes?&amp;nbsp; I'd love to hear about that.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't know if any of this is done&amp;nbsp;intentionality to confuse or cheat their customers, but they sure aren't doing anything to get their act together..&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just got the x2 in this billing cycle on my credit card, it isn't an issue for me, but I can see where it might be a problem for some. I like the ease of shopping at the Q, but lately all the back and forth with returns and spending more time than I want to on checking that I'm not being over charged, well it's just not worth it. I just think I'm going to shop more locally again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

This is the worst year I have had in regards to returns. Not having the breakdown on the packing slip/ invoice for EZ pays amounts and how many we have, is exasperating.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I know one thing I am definitely&amp;nbsp;done buying shoes from the Q. By the time you pay SH to get it and then SH to send it back it's costing me $14 to find out the darn things aren't worth keeping. I got a $.21cent credit today. &amp;nbsp;Almost laughable. Sure it's easy, but expensive.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;As you can tell, I am not a happy camper either. I think it is about time to get back to brick and mortar stores and shop locally. &amp;nbsp;The push with EZ pays and 6 pays are just getting to be a pain.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I buy alot from QVC, when I return, I make a copy of my return label and immediately write on the copy how man ez pays, the dates they are charger and than check back after they post an email they refunded me, and I check to see if the amount is correct.&amp;nbsp; What QVC NEW THING is sending an email that they refunded, but if you charged it on any card other than qvc, qvc HOlds, or takes their time transmitting the refund information to let's say mastercard to the tune of 4-5 days and than once mastercard gets it, they don't credit to you card for another 4-5 days so now between qvc and mastercard, they are holding your money and charging interest for the 10 days of transactions.&amp;nbsp; I THOUGHT WE LIVED IN A COMPUTER WORLD, THINGS ARE SUPPOSE TO MOVE FASTER, BUT THE ONLY ONE MAKING OUT ON THE DEAL IS QVC AND THE CUSTOMER WHO PAYS MORE INTEREST BECAUSE OF THE DELAY&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I think if you return many items, you need to shop elsewhere. It does get expensive because you pay the fees of the label and the original shipping charge. These charges are deducted from your easy pay. Therefore, you will have a small refund. I&amp;nbsp; think you need to keep better track of your purchases.&amp;nbsp; My experience is different than yours and I know what I bought and track my payments. If QVC was not honest in their dealings, I would imagine that they would be under investigation.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can contact the Better Business Bureau.&amp;nbsp; I think people don't like to be held accountable for their own actions. Keep track of your purchases and easy pay. They do list all the easy pays on your account. I have received statements about my account through email but I check my account all the time.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was always under the impression that you cannot return multiple items in one box if they were not sent to you in a single order.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You sent back three items in one box. &amp;nbsp;one was defective and should not &amp;nbsp;incur a shipping&amp;nbsp;charge. &amp;nbsp;The other two would incur shipping charges because they were not defective. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So, if you were charged for returning two items, you would incur two charges.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you purchase something and use PayPal, they will refund your return shipping charges up to $30 for each return, up to 12 returns a year. &amp;nbsp;You have to sign up for that perk before you use it on their website.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Looks to me that you tried to save money on returns by packing three items together and it backfired. I don't know what items you returned, but it probably cost QVC more than $6.95 shipping for that box to be returned. How do they figure out how much the free shipping item cost and subtract that from the total they paid for total shipping?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You could have returned all three items sent back separately and and had all of your shipping charges returned to you by PayPal. &amp;nbsp;It would have cost&amp;nbsp;you nothing.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just think about it -- those that used easy pay for Christmas (early Dec.) will be making payments until April or May.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Also, sometimes you get two payments charged in one month.&amp;nbsp; I only used EP a few times years ago and I marked on the original receipt how many payments would be due and checked them off each time they were on a statement.&amp;nbsp; Don't have time or patience for that anymore.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The problem with people being charged a return label fee when they didn't use the return label has been going on for months and months with no resolution.&amp;nbsp; At this point, I have to think QVC is doing it on purpose, hoping people won't notice and&amp;nbsp;it increases their bottom line.&amp;nbsp; There is&amp;nbsp;just no other explanation for it.&amp;nbsp; I definitely would contact&amp;nbsp;the FTC, BBB and the PA Attorney General.&amp;nbsp; Enough is enough.&amp;nbsp; I check my returns all the time and I've never had the issue however&amp;nbsp;it's rare that I don't use the return label.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also detest on QVC drops off prior months with easypays so you cannot go back and look.&amp;nbsp; It's a pain.&amp;nbsp; Evine, JTV and HSN do not do that.&amp;nbsp; It's only QVC.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I use Paypal pretty much exclusively to pay for my purchases and knock on wood, I've not had an issue with my easypay amounts.&amp;nbsp; I immediately mark the first easypay in my checkbook register and write (1 of X) next to it.&amp;nbsp; When I get a notice from PP about&amp;nbsp;a payment being authorized, I go back the month prior in my register to match up the amount and then put (2 of X) next to the second payment.&amp;nbsp; So far, so good.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

But you should NOT be charged 2 separate $6.95 return fees.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In this instance here, I too would have returned the defective item on it's own.&amp;nbsp; What difference did it make since the OP wouldn't have been charged for the return label.
