I cannot watch her, no matter how hard I try. Her voice is so nasel, it goes through me like chalk on a blackboard. I had to turn the dial and just check out what was on on .com

I tried but had to change it too. Her voice is like nails on a chalk board. Mary Nelson has the same affect too.

I will admit Iactually put my negative sense in as opinion when Stacey first came to QVC. Howevera year later I submitted just how much she improved. I think she does a great job. Cooking for her is a natural and it shows. She is after all (like myself) 100% Italian. I feel she is very authentic in her manner and approach. She is not "showy" like another certain host who I will not name. Good for Stacey!!!!

Last night was the first time I caught it. I enjoyed it. I believe she actually cooks at home for her family which include two little boys. It sounds as though she is aware of nutrition and taste . I do not find her voice a problem.

I read so many posts that mention hosts are shouting, yet I never witness it. I have never seen any host shout. I haven't seen all of Stacey's shows, but I've seen her quite often, and I have never seen her shout. It's weird that others seem to see this quite often, and I never do. Are you sure she and others are shouting, or is the TV volume set too high?

Although Stacey is a bit nasal and shrill, I don't find her voice to be as annoying as many other hosts' shrieks. However, I do find her show to be very awkward and sloppy, which makes me uncomfortable watching it. I know they're trying new angles and approaches, but for me, it just does not work. And after all these years, Stacey should be much more confident and in control in front of the camera, but she is consistently nervous and uses strange filler phrases and attempts at humor that fall flat. I was shocked to learn that she used to be a news anchor because she just doesn't have the professional demeanor that most people in that position possess. All that said, she seems like a sweet woman, so I wish her the best—but I'm done watching her show.

I saw her host a fashion show on Q2 and she did shout and act silly.....and I did think it was out of character for Stacey......

Im not a fan of Stacey's her whole personna seems distant and disconnected....like she cant wait for her show to be over, she doesnt seem like she enjoys her job.

@lovesallanimals- OMG I thought I was the only one. When I saw her the first time, she was presenting with Judith Ripka's assistant, the blonde woman with the glasses with the dark frames. Stacey was trying to show a piece of JR jewelry but she was so awkward. She stretched out her words like, this bracelettttt is ummmmmmm let's seeeeeeeeeee sevennnnnnnnnnn inches longgg. I wish I could say she's gotten better with experience, but I can't. She's very pretty but her presentation skills are lacking. I'm actually surprised she's still around. Maybe the cooking show will work out for her. I think I heard she's a good cook.

Kerstin L has a habit of shrieking during her presentations. When she tries to convey enthusiasm, she will do it. Jacque G used to do this all the time too. Shouting, shrieking, however one calls it, it’s loud and unnecessary.

Totally agree. The timber in Stacy’s voice hurts my ears and Mary Nelson’s too. I turn them off

I didn't watch her food show, but I agree with the posters about her very nasal sounding voice. I usually don't watch her because she is awkward and nasal sounding. I did watch the QVC 2 Or Paz show with Danny a few weeks ago and the whole thing was painful. I guess if you can't tolerate her you need to change the channel.
