Now getting emails from Q that my returns are on their way ! Returned two items got emails for each return.

This is new to me. Anyone else get notification about their returns?

Next step will be to see if return refunds are processed faster ????

I don't know if the refunds are processed faster but I've gotten notice that my return is on the way and when my refund has been processed. Of course, it is necessary to use QVC's return label to be notified which I don't always use.

I always get an email notification that my return is on its way. I also get an email notification when my return is processed, usually 7-10 days. I ALWAYS use the QVC return label. It is much faster since my post office is ridiculously ineffiecient. 20-30 minute lines are usual at any time of day.

@shoptheQ Yes, I’ve always gotten these emails.

All your replies are interesting. I will say I don't return much (my shopping on Q is way down). In the past month I returned 3 items. Eearliest return (before Jan) I did not get an email; the last two I did for the first time.

It is curious.

I get the notice too, I believe it is the post office when it is scanned before being returned, because I got one the same day I returned something
