topic Backorder NOT!!! in Q Talk

About a week ago I ordered a red Susan Graver dress form the Insider that I wanted to wear to a Christmas party. At the time I placed the order, the sales rep didn't indicate that there was any problem. A few days later, I noticed that the order status was listed as backorder. Today I checked and it is listed as cancelled because it is sold out. I didn't even get a phone call or e-mail telling me of the status of the order. Now, even if I ordered another color, it still won't be here for the party this Saturday. Way to go Q!
