We have Norton and we have gone through all the programs and I installed a malware site and ad blocker plus. I have reported this problem to QVC and they are sympathetic but they offer no solutions. I am wondering if anyone has experienced this recently. I also have my pop up blocker on also. Is there something wrong with this website that we don't know about.
