    <description>&lt;P&gt;For the life of me, I can't understand the frustrating BACKORDER.  The product is in stock to not be on waitlist at the time you order it.  They must have a system to actually count how many are being sold versus how many in stock.  And what's worse, it doesn't even immediately go into BACKORDER!  It sits there for days and then when you want to track your order, you mysteriously find out it is on BACKORDER.  Unacceptable.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
