Having trouble finding shows

I am using an iPad and don't find the program search easy to use. Maybe it's the iPad...I went to look up an old show and couldn't find the items for Quacker, even though I was supposedly on the right date. I know for sure I have given up and stopped looking after a few tries. Wish it was more user friendly.

Hi @Snoopp I believe the app may have a limited format, however if you have the option of desktop view on your iPad you may be able to find it that way. I am sorry you are having difficulty.

@SnooppI wish that, too, but not just for QVC. I know millions love their iPads and other tablets, too. I hated my Amazon Fire, thought I'd try the iPad - but now I know what I really use every day are my laptop, best because I'm most familiar with it and it has the big screen, but also my iPhone which is faster to turn on than my laptop and easier to carry than the iPad.
