Order History is gone

I was looking thru my order history for something i ordered a few years ago and there are many years of orders that are no longer listed. Has anybody else encountered this?

.....wanted to add that i have orders from 2011 and then no orders until 2016. It’s like 5 years right in the middle disappeared.

Hi @Iuytrewq I think the order history goes back a couple of years. It used to go back a lot longer.

Yes, but older orders from 2009 to 2011 are there and then it’s gone and comes back again in 2016. It’s odd that it is 5 years right in the middle of the overall history.

Well under my logon - I am given the opportunity to select years that go from 2018 back to 2012. When I select 2012, 2013, 2014 or 2015 nothing shows up. I only see details beginning at 2016.

The history was lost when the board was upgraded years ago.
