Has anyone else experienced a volume problem with QVC’s main channel.? I have to turn up my volume really high to hear. Called my provider and they said it is QVC’s problem. Most annoying.

I do think QVC has a lower volume than QVC2 (with Optimum/Altice cable service). I seem to always have to turn it up on reg QVC. However, I do have to turn it down when Amy Strahn speaks as host because she sings her words (and hits very high and very low volumes in each sentence) making it difficult to hear her product decsriptions at a reasonable pitch.

YES. But it's not consistently poor/low sound.

If I keep my audio on 30, for example, all channels come in at just about the same volume level. But every once in a while, only QVC will come in extremely low at that level. I have to raise the volume for just QVC as high as 70 on the audio scale, with still not much appreciable difference. This does not happen often, but at least once or twice a week.

I stream all my TV channels via Roku, so I don't use a cable or satellite company.
