Just putting this out there ... try and be a little nicer when requesting their help. Yes it's their job to help but the way you ask could be worded much nicer. Loose the sarcasm and don't forget the "thank you" now and then.

I don't think I've seen an UN-nice request for assistance. If there is one, it's certainly an unusual exception.
