Past orders

I was checking my past orders looking for to see what sheets I had ordered. My list of orders goes back through 2016 and then skips over all years to 2008. Is anyone else's past order list like this?

No mine is last two years but if you need to go further back call customer service. I had to do that once and they found the order for me.

Thanks, I just find it odd that all those years aren't listed.

@VirgoGirl I'm missing probably the same amount of orders. It's frustrating when I need to know when I bought a large item, ie: bed, vacuum, shelves, etc. I need to have CS look it up for me.

My guess is that with all the computer updates it is hard to keep them all listed. I am only guessing.

I worked in and with IT for many years. It costs a boatload of money to maintain order history online. For many types of businesses, there are laws/regulations on how long things must be kept in paper and/or online. I'm not surprised that Q has gaps. Systems work to maintain it is wildly difficult especially when doing system upgrades. The cost is crazy expensive.

My order history is missing orders and doesn't have many years shown.
