Well now that the royal wedding is over I decided to turn on the Q on this cold and rainy day in NJ. A whole day of BEAUTY? I do not care for a whole day of anything. I don't need cosmetics or anything related to beauty so its a Netflix day for me. Sorry, Q, not spending money on your site today! Also, how much makeup does one need? A Saturday should have a variety of things.

QVC clearly is not customer oriented. They have no wish to provide perks or incentives for their customers. But that's who they are, and that's why many choose to buy elsewhere.

@Krimpette I agree, but they used to be which is what is so sad. Whoever is running the show these days needs to stop trying to change what was a good thing!
