      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I've been a QVC customer for years and years.&amp;nbsp; Although I don't purchase a lot, I buy my fair share.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&amp;nbsp; Recently I bought a pair of shapewear panties.&amp;nbsp; I sized it according to the size chart.&amp;nbsp; Of course I had to return it.&amp;nbsp; I used the QVC return label.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&amp;nbsp; When my bill arrived, I sent a check for 6.95 which I thought would take care of my bill since I returned the item.&amp;nbsp; Yesterday I received a bill for $29.50.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Evidentally, QVC does not refund your original shipping charge.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;So, to get and return these panties, I paid 12.95 in shipping.&amp;nbsp; Plus a late charge of $25.00 on a $3.00 bill AND $1.50 interest.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&amp;nbsp; I have never had a late payment in my life.&amp;nbsp; I called Synchrony bank and, after finally getting to talk to a real person, they waived the late charge.&amp;nbsp; They would not waive the $1.50 interest charge.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Now I get it that I should have realized that QVC does not refund your original shipping charges.&amp;nbsp; Why is that???????&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&amp;nbsp; In conclusion.........Ba Bye QVC!!!!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It cost me $15.00 to order a pair of shoes, try them on, and have to send them back. I didn't learn, I did that twice. I'll get my shoes here locally. It only costs me a light bit of gas to get to the store. They used to say it doesn't cost you anything if you beought something and then had to return it. Now, it's just not worth not only the cost to return, but the trip to the Post Office. And that return seems to sit somewhere until finally a few days after you drop it off at the Post Office before it starts on it's journey back to the Q. I know it's not going Prioriety Mail, but it stays there for days before it moves again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Don’t be impulsive, consider carefully whether you really want and like the item. Study the details. Look at &lt;U&gt;click&lt;/U&gt; &lt;U&gt;here&lt;/U&gt; measurements. &amp;nbsp;Then you are sure to get home only items you love. Returns are free so if you need to make an exchange you are still only out the original shipping. I don’t &amp;nbsp;buy shoes or jeans because they are too difficult to get fit. &amp;nbsp;I learned that the hard and expensive way.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I know there has been many discussions about shipping charges at QVC but&amp;nbsp;I think they are about average with other companies.&amp;nbsp; I know some places have free shipping and returns but not that many.&amp;nbsp; I buy from companies where I like their product not just because they offer free shipping.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have bought from catalogs where the shipping for a top was $12 and then returning it was $10.&amp;nbsp; You have to check what shipping charges are before you buy.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sadly, all of their calculations are correct.&amp;nbsp; You were credited and billed exactly as you should have.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unfair?&amp;nbsp; Yes...but the non-refund of original shipping has been going on for quite a LONG time now.&amp;nbsp; With the new policies, it will cost you a min. of $9.95 to try something and return it!&amp;nbsp; ZEESH!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would NEVER underpay a credit card...sometimes credits and returns can go way past the payment due date.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You would have been better off paying the bill as it read....you can always get a refund of an overpayment.&amp;nbsp; You mentioned you order from time to time...you could have applied that to a future order.&amp;nbsp; That way you don't have to go through all this hassle.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am very surprised they waived the $25!&amp;nbsp; If they did that...they most CERTAINLY should have also waived the $1.50 interest.&amp;nbsp; That is just ridiculous....especially since it sounds like you have never made this kind of error before.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Boo on Synchrony for not going one step further.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

As long as you use their return label, you can go to the returns info on your order and have USPS pick the package up at your home. I get a "reload page" error when I choose this option and I just click on it and the right screen pops up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I'm paying all of the shipping, I darn well plan to use this free service and avoid trips to our very busy post office that rarely has parking and always has long lines.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Also, I'm not sure why people aren't made aware that if you lose or throw out your packing list and return label that you can print them from the returns page of your order. The 30 day return still applies, but lost paperwork is NO PROBLEM.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Imagine - four clothing items that weigh less than a pound each and the shipping is $28 for the box!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I get that they have costs to receive items back at their warehouse, processing, repackaging, relisting their inventory as As Is, and the financial refunds. That all costs money and each department has to pay people to do all of these steps. But still ... $6.95 for something is high.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What I'd REALLY like to see is for QVC to do something like Amazon Prime. I order enough items that I'd gladly pay the $99/year (though Prime is going up to $119 soon) for two day shipping and free returns.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I sometimes wonder if QVC counts on returns for all of the revenue it generates.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, when you fill out the USPS pickup form, it says somebody has to be home. They come to my house often enough that they know exactly where I leave my packages and they never knock on the door. I just make sure to put a note in the little comments box mentioning that the package(s) will be by my back door at the bottom of the steps. Works every time. Our post office is at a busy intersection and its always full of lines of people. I haven't been there to return anything to QVC for at least a year.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, if you are sending something anywhere at all (not just QVC) and you use Priority Mail or a few other forms of shipping with USPS, they offer the same free pickup service. &lt;img id="smileyhappy" class="emoticon emoticon-smileyhappy" src="https://community.qvc.com/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-happy.png" alt="Smiley Happy" title="Smiley Happy" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I just checked the shipping policies for the dozen or so companies I regularly order online from. Every single one of them had this information easily available. None of them refund original shipping if shipping is charged. With the exception of 1, they all charge shipping if returns are shipped back though most of them offer free returns at their B&amp;amp;M stores.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I don’t find this policy unreasonable.</description>

In other words, the idea would be if you spend a certain amount per year, you would get two-day shipping. Or free returns. Or something.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I do the majority of my shopping online.&amp;nbsp; QVC is the only place I pay for shipping.&amp;nbsp; Will be thinking harder about to order or not---I mostly order cosmetics if it is a kit, or the item comes with something extra like a brush.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Returns are way too costly.&amp;nbsp; The other places I shop I can return locally or return free.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
