Q-card - 6 Easy Pays Today

I received a notice that if you use your Q card today, you get 6 easy pays. I keyed Q Card in the search box, and it pulled up this notice. It is written in blue. When I tried to check out, it didn't show 6 easy pays. It showed 4 instead. Could someone check on this, please?

I just received a clarification. There is a "glitch" in the system - and it has been reported to the Powers-That-Be.

When I placed my orders today I saw that I was not given the 6 easy pays so I called CS and they readjusted my order

Hi Carol, I heard back from IT and the issue with the Easy Pays has been fixed! Enjoy shopping today.

I saw the 6 easy pays. That's too many for me. LOL. I wish there was the option to stay with 3.

@Carol08, just my ever so humble opinion, so please take it with a grain of salt, but easy pay is NOT our friend! Just food for thought.

There was. At check out, you had the option to pick from 6, 3, none with your QVC CC OR if the product offered 4 or 5 under its description (no matter what card you used), you could choose that as well.

Maybe I went past that page. I think I click the button that takes you straight to checkout. I'll just have to go and move a couple payments forward. Thanks.

@GCR18 I usually hit speedy checkout (or whatever it's called). A few times, I was either charged too much or there were more items than I'd placed in my cart charged to my Q card so I now go through ALL the steps during checkout; that's how I discovered you have all the options offered with the Q card. : )
