I just realized you can no longer Search QVC for items from the Forum page. Sometimes posters mention an item I would like to see but know I have to go to home page to do it. Am I missing something?

@grandma2pkmh-

If you look up to the left, that little magnefying glass looking thing is the search bar-You just click on that and the search bar drops down.

I am realizing I think they put that annoying big header bar up top so that people who are on the forums, will hopefully be reminded and interested in looking at things and hopefully shopping so,etimes when they see that bar!

The changes are suppose to be for the better🙂My signature line no longer fits and can’t look at the item number referenced in a post for starters.

May I ask what you are using? Ipad, phone, computer. I am using a laptop with crome, I also switched to Edge(microsoft) still no magnifying glass

@grandma2pkmh...look at the top left of this page....The Q logo is in red and to the right of that is a shaded area that reads Search QVC..type in what you want to search.....

@Mom2Dogs Sorry but nothing is at the top except the QVC logo and a Shopping Cart icon and these are under the red bar across the top talking about the sweepstakes.

Hmmm, odd...I am not techie at all but from what I have understood after reading different things on these forums, some times, I don't know why things look different when using different browsers, phone vs I pad, etc.

I am using Safari but just checked Chrome...now this is odd, everything looks the same as it does with Safari, but the WISH LIST is back to the original layout, with comment box (using Chrome)....very odd. I wish I could explain it but can't.

In case I was not clear in my OP. I can not Search from the Forum pages. Everything is ok with the Home page.

I am on a chromebook (like a laptop).

There are 2 different pages that have the search bar on it.

I'm thinking you are on the main QVC shopping page.On that page, the search bar should be to the right of the QVC sign.Its pretty small and light grey so you might be missing it.

If you are on the forums page, they have changed it. WE can no longer just look up and see a search bar.

There is now a large heading with 7 icons.

The search bar is the 2nd icon on the top left that looks like a magnifying glass. When you click on that, it drops down the search bar.

Some people are talking about the main QVC shopping page and others are talking aout the forum page so that can get confusing.

I hope this helps. If not I don't know how else to explain it.

I only have a solid red bar talking about the sweepstakes then it skips to the logo and shopping cart icon.

@Mz iMac @grandma2pkmh I don't have any of those icons when on the Forums. Using a PC with Google and Chrome. Have signed off and back on a couple of times in the last 24 hours. Still nothing. Why, oh why, has QVC changed the format to such an unfriendly site for their customers??

This site is not unfriendly for all of Q's customers. I've never had any issues w/the old or new forums. Nor the whole site for that matter.

I view these forums on an...

iMac, OS Sierra (last version), FF, Chrome, Waterfox.

MBP, Snow Leopard (last version), FF (very old version).

Never a problem.

Unknown why some have problems & others don't. I'll leave that to the experts-Q's IT dept.

Well, that's frustrating!

They may just not have made it compatible with every device.

Again, their changes don't help

make it easier!
