After a decade or two as a customer I think I'm done.

I went online to request UPS to hold my last shipment at the hub so I can pick it up. The shipper had "restricted delivery". Could only be dropped off on my porch. Nice.

I was so peeved I shipped it back unopened.

Not UPS's fault when the shipper restricts delivery.

I placed an order from Waterford that restricted delivery to the door and signature required.

But vitamins? C'mon! I'm not allowed to pick them up with a photo id at UPS?

Good point. I hope you posted this complaint on his facebook page. If consumers don't voice their complaints, how is fine tuning ever done? JMO

I was recently contacted by ProCaps that a 6 count case of something I've been ordering for years has suddenly gone up--over $50.00.

Plus, ordering directly through them I'm getting "Signature Required" on everything, which I don't want. It's too much of a hassle. I did talk to someone but she couldn't authorize that to be taken off my deliveries. I waited on the phone quite a long time while she hunted down one supervisor then another to get it changed. They did not want to give in very much. Finally she said, "Well, if it's a larger order we'll require a signature." I can order from any number of places with large orders and not have to sign for it.

I don't care anything about Andrew's looks or anything about his girlfriend. I'm not enamored by any of that. There's just been enough things happening (that I won't all go into) that have disappointed me.

My Women's Elite that I order from Procaps is $350 (I think). I never have to sign for it. I just got an order a few weeks ago.

I hope that's not new. He ships DHL to USPS to me.

@VaBelle35 Does your mailing label say "Signiture Required?" Mine does.

I told the person on the phone that we live out in the country and our lane (or driveway) is winding back a quarter mile long. I didn't want our mailman to have to drive in and stand and wait for me to maybe or maybe not go to the door. I'm rarely available to answer the door. Fortunately, our mailman has been putting packages in our garage. I was just hoping to avoid any issues in the future. It'll probably be just fine.

I was also counting on the multivitamin. The other item that hasn't been a TSV in a long time is the colesta care/fibermusil combination.

Last year Andrew did a TS on Essential 1 at the end of Feb, even though he had just been on in Jan with a couple TS events. So maybe he'll do the same thing this Feb?

I also wish he'd do a CholestaCare/Fibermucil duo special like he did way back when.
