    <description>&lt;P&gt;My rehab nurse just told me that most doctors are given eight minutes per patient by most insurance companies, and that if they go over that, they don't get paid for it.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Have any of you heard this?  It was surely news to me!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
