    <description>&lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;There was a thread awhile back on this.  Are people still enjoying it?  Would you recommend it?  I tried a class and the people were peddling so fast - I completely was not on the "beat."   They recommend you stay on the beat.  It's a pack form of exercise (in an encouraging way).  But, I found it very intimidating. &lt;/P&gt;</description>
