Do you exercise on a regular basis, that has really helped me. I know it doesn't work for everyone, but it's worth a try.

Also, limiting caffeine and alcohol are other suggested tactics.

I also use their DIM supplement.

I started using them with my doctor's approval a few years ago. They work great & eliminated my hot flashes and more. I still need them and suffer when I forget to use the Estriol for a few days.

I had horrible hot flashes and night sweats for several years. My gynnocologist suggested I try eatting a yam a day and amazingly it worked. It has to be a yam (not sweet potato) and by eatting one a day it nearly eliminated them. I had a few minor ones but was able to sleep through the night also. If I skipped a few days I would get full on flashes. I just brought a yam to work every day and had a baked yame for lunch.

I find exercise a big help. Also when I limit sugar I have fewer hot flashes. The earlier I eat dinner the fewer I have in the middle of the night. It may have something to do with having no food to digest in the middle of the night. However, exercise makes the biggest difference...oh and limiting caffeine. Good luck!

Also when I limit sugar I have fewer hot flashes. The earlier I eat dinner the fewer I have in the middle of the night. It may have something to do with having no food to digest in the middle of the night. However, exercise makes the biggest difference...oh and limiting caffeine. Good luck!

I've never noticed if any of those things make a difference for me. I exercise regularly and do not eat sugars or grains, limit caffeine, too. I suppose those things might make mine better (did not do any of it in hopes it would help With hot flashes, etc. but for other reasons) but it is still way too bad to just live with it.

My hot flashes are worst during the day and I'd have a hard time w/o the Smoky Mountain Naturals products I use.
