topic Yogurt in Wellness

I am wondering if anyone else has this reaction to yogurt. I've never been a big fan, but I've always been able to eat yogurt. I'd usually have a small amount once or twice a week. A couple months ago I switched to the Greek style and I noticed that approximately 15-30 minutes after eating it I have terrible stomach cramps. I decided to switch back to the regular non-fat variety. Unfortunately, I'm still having the same reaction.

I know I'm not lactose intolerant because I have milk on my cereal every morning and I have no problems with it. I can eat Ice Cream without any difficulty. It just seems to be that yogurt. I take a Salmon capsule and a Co-Q-10 tablet twice daily. But I can't imagine that could be contraindicated with the yogurt.

I do have a upcoming appointment with my doctor and I will mention this to her. I just thought I'd post this and see if anyone else has any gastric problems when they eat yogurt.
