I go out side on my back deck, a sit in my Bliss reclining chair and listen to all the sounds I can hear with my eyes closed. Then I watch the sun come up and I'm ready for my day. I don't know if this is mediation or not but I need this little quiet time to myself.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I don't think I've ever tried meditating. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I do put good music on and lose myself in dance daily. &amp;nbsp;For real, I almost black out and don't remember it. &amp;nbsp;And, I am not drinking or taking medication beforehand.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is that kind of like meditating or do you have to sit calmly in one spot. &amp;nbsp;I can't do that.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
