    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all, I didn't get in a workout today, been doing some unplanned stuff, ( not bad stuff) &amp;nbsp;Hahha but it was nice.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's been raining here and foggy so outside stuff is a not today.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It did quit for a bit and I had Logan outside. &amp;nbsp;I made his kennel boarding reservation for over Labor Day and I am concerned about leaving my baby but I know he'll be fine, it's more me having the problem! &amp;nbsp;Just have to get past it in order to get through it. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Labor Day, Holy Wha! &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Already!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hoping everyone is doing alright and tomorrow is a new day!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG src="https://scontent-ord1-1.xx.fbcdn.net/v/t1.0-9/14064198_601951356644226_2586796894700266443_n.jpg?oh=6477cf62270f6db09fcd726b388fde5c&amp;amp;oe=583B361D" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Happy 1 st day of August! &amp;nbsp;I took a nice walk early this morning before it was too hot and muggy like it is now and I do yard laps throughout the day to keep myself moving. &amp;nbsp;Then some BG too.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Our schools don't begin until after Labor day here so the kids still have a month off. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm anxious to put out my fall decor actually, no I'm not rushing the season!!! &amp;nbsp;I'm not actually doing it &amp;nbsp;LOL&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not much going on here, so have a wonderful day!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG src="https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-wS-NY0GtFa0/V5lRsGzDxYI/AAAAAAAAAuM/ySFSSaDRd0MBA-St80cfKwjkO_97YbnGwCCo/s2048/gifaugust1.gif" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It has been warm here as well, so have limited my exercising outside to bike riding after dinnertime, otherwise when it is super hot and humid, I have been using my exercise bike and my weights at home....It is so relaxing to me, I listen to good upbeat music and pedal away!&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, all, including CandleQueen. &amp;nbsp;It sounds like you have a good thing going!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I spent my morning trying to sort out and reorganize my linen closet in the bathroom. Ugh. &amp;nbsp;I have a bunch of towels I don't like and none that I do. &amp;nbsp;I'd like to pitch them all, but since I can't find any I do like, what do I do????? &amp;nbsp;So they all stayed. &amp;nbsp;I guess I'll try them one by one and figure out which ones I dislike the most, then those will go.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Next, I found a bunch of mini kabuki brushes here and there. &amp;nbsp;I put them all together in a box and labeled it, put it on the shelf. &amp;nbsp;Later, I found more brushes. &amp;nbsp;Great, I'll add them to the box of other brushes. &amp;nbsp;Guess what? &amp;nbsp;The first box is nowhere to be found. &amp;nbsp;It doesn't exist. &amp;nbsp;I've been through that closet 3 more times looking for the box of brushes, and it's not there. I've looked in drawers. &amp;nbsp;I looked in the trash. &amp;nbsp;I looked everywhere. &amp;nbsp;There is no box of makeup brushes. &amp;nbsp;Did I dream it? &amp;nbsp;I have no idea.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The whole exercise with the towels and brushes was so frustrating I quit the organizing task. &amp;nbsp;Will go do cardio instead.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I may have made a $140 mistake - we'll see. &amp;nbsp;I just ordered the Master Gym, Q's version of the chair gym. &amp;nbsp;Why, since I have a bunch of bands and free weights? &amp;nbsp;Well, first of all, it's so darn cute. &amp;nbsp;And it seems to be a better version than other chair gyms. &amp;nbsp;I think it's constructed better. &amp;nbsp;I have the Body Gym but don't use it much because I don't have a straight back chair, so nothing to sit on in order to do many of the Body Gym exercises. Master Gym gives me such a chair. &amp;nbsp;Also, Master Gym allows you to do things you can't do with Body Gym, like leg work and chest flys. &amp;nbsp;In fact, Master Gym allows leg work that even the machines in workout room don't provide. &amp;nbsp;I do heavy weight on the machines in the workout room; the Master Gym will be much less resistance, but perhaps lower weight, higher reps will also be beneficial. &amp;nbsp;I hope so. &amp;nbsp;Time will tell if this works out or if I just wasted a bunch of $$$. &amp;nbsp;I've been thinking about it for months and decided to go for it....&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Nomless&lt;/STRONG&gt; - For what it's worth my feelings about buying gym equipement/DVDs is - If you use it consistently and like it, then its not a waste of money.&amp;nbsp; Also, you know that if you use it, you will get some benefit from it.&amp;nbsp; Looking forward to hearing how you like it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I&amp;nbsp; have been exercising daily but this week I am so tired I find it difficult to get moving. I cleaned house on Monday for a couple hours so I considered that as exercising. Tuesday, I had a hair appointment and did not work out. This morning I got up and was so tired that I did not do my walking. It has been hot outside and I am exhausted by the time I get back. I usually walk 2-3 miles a day. I will start walking again the rest of the week. Do any of you get tired and just need to rest a day or two before you start exercising again?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Do any of you get tired and just need to rest a day or two before you start exercising again?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;HR /&gt;&lt;/BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/650"&gt;@elated&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; Yes and it's important to back off when you need to. &amp;nbsp;I am at the gym just about every other day. &amp;nbsp;I take rest days because they are important to let yourself heal and your muscles recover and get stronger. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The whole point of exercise is to break down your muscle and then do nothing so the muscle can repair and build up stronger. &amp;nbsp;It's no fun being injured or wearing yourself out and all kinds of exercise like housework etc all count. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I think walking is the best exercise of all. &amp;nbsp;I normally do several miles in a nearby park on weekends but this heat is a bit much right now so I'm taking care of myself, listening to my body and working out indoors instead. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi everyone!&amp;nbsp; Almost to the end of another week.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi CandleQueen and welcome Elated!&amp;nbsp; Yes, for sure Elated, we all need breaks.&amp;nbsp; I'm having trouble trying to find a schedule at my new gym that works for me.&amp;nbsp; I don't mind cardio every day but you can't do weights everyday or work the same muscles like Laura said...and it's posing a bit of a problem trying to make it all fit without working the same muscles back-to-back. Going to have to lift on my own I think so I'm more in control of my schedule.&amp;nbsp; They sure love lunges and tri-cep push-ups at this gym...almost every class!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;nomless....did you find your brushes?&amp;nbsp; LOL!&amp;nbsp; That about makes my head spin off when I do something like that!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;MickD, bopper, Laura, and Judy....waving...hope I didn't leave anyone out.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I did my favorite class today...Body Attack...and lifted legs on my own(some before and some after to see which I think is the better option and I think after will work better).&amp;nbsp; I think PUMP is too slow for me anyway but I love the ladies in the class so I'm torn...my ADD kicks in and I get bored plus I prefer separating upper and lower.&amp;nbsp; I LOVE Body ATTACK, by far my favorite class, wish they offered it more often.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are finally having some beautiful weather...in the 80's!!&amp;nbsp; I walked Lucy this morning before the gym and could have kept on going.&amp;nbsp; Still had to carry her, she is not a summer gal at all.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi everyone! &amp;nbsp;I usually try working out MWF&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/650"&gt;@elated﻿&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;but yesterday I had such a bad sinus headache I thought I was gonna fall over let alone workout! &amp;nbsp;Did 2.5 mi run on the treadmill. &amp;nbsp;Don't know if I'll go tomorrow as our hot water heater may be replaced and it's in the workout garage. &amp;nbsp;We have been without hot water since Saturday....not fun.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey all, &amp;nbsp;I don't have much to report today, I own it. &amp;nbsp;I had breakfast with 2 of my dearest childhood friends who were here for a funeral. &amp;nbsp;They are sisters and we grew up on the same block, went all through school together and have remained good friends. &amp;nbsp;We've been through a lot together and even though we don't see each other often nor communicate through email we seem to pick up where we left off.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's super hot here too, another 90 plus day, and I really dislike it, and so humid. I also was able to do most of my normal lift weights in Power this week so I'm gettting excited all over the place. &amp;nbsp;@JudyL, there's hope! &amp;nbsp;My shoulder is still sore so no bar for squats and lunges but Ride is taking care of those muscles so I'm not sweating it. &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Almost Friday!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Happy Friday!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Laura...ATTACK isn't kickboxing, it's like a high-intensity cardio HIIT but you don't take the rest breaks...lots of running, jumping, burpees...very fast...a lot of fun.&amp;nbsp; Today is COMBAT which is the kickboxing.&amp;nbsp; I may go tomorrow morning too but they said Saturday's are really crowded.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I wanted to do PUMP and COMBAT but they aren't back-to-back!&amp;nbsp; Grrrrr.&amp;nbsp; Not sure what to do.&amp;nbsp; There isn't a SPIN class that works with it either.&amp;nbsp; I'll figure it out.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;MickD...do you have hot water?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;bopper...glad you got to see your friends.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;nomless...there is a hair-pick(my favorite one) that drives me nuts thinking about what happened to it to this day.&amp;nbsp; Of course I blame DH...he must have thrown it out.&amp;nbsp; I remember I had a gf from WI ivisiting, we went out sight-seeing and he decided to clean the bathroom for me...next thing I know my pick was missing.&amp;nbsp; I had that pick for years....since high-school.&amp;nbsp; They don't make them anymore so I was not happy.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope everyone has a great day!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
