    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey all...what a miserable night I had.&amp;nbsp; Hives in my armpits even.&amp;nbsp; Not sure what i'm going to do, I can't live like this for over 2 more months.&amp;nbsp; My face and ears are all swollen...I would have to cancel if I had some place to be today...let alone not being able to sleep.&amp;nbsp; No way can I go on vacation looking like this.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Judy...hope you're feeling better...that stinks!&amp;nbsp; Set-backs are hard to swallow.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Laura....I still can't believe you go to Dubuque for vacation!&amp;nbsp; Too funny!&amp;nbsp; Enjoy your limo ride, we've only done that once..for the Inagural Ball.&amp;nbsp; I have a gf that would love to take you hiking...she's a Beach-body coach.&amp;nbsp; But I wouldn't want some stranger meeitng me either...lol.&amp;nbsp; That could be a looonnnnggg hike.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;bopper...yeah, there's plenty other exercises that can get your heart-rate up as well as other weights to work the same muscles.&amp;nbsp; I did a lot of burpees yesterday and my heart-rate was really up there.&amp;nbsp; Glad you're liking your bike, it really can add up before you know it...I did over 50 one day just talking to my gf and I had already worked-out and showered and just sat down when she called and started peddling. She was hiking so it was fun.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;nomless...we missed it!&amp;nbsp; I forgot all about it.&amp;nbsp; Yes, Lucy still loves going out but she doesn't like heat...so I have to take her for a mile or two(even been carrying her during that since she hasn't been feeling well) then bring her home and go back out myself...and she is not happy about that at all...lol.&amp;nbsp; DH and I took her out again last night(I take her in the a.m.)&amp;nbsp; but we carried her the entire way.&amp;nbsp; Well, we put her down a little on one of the shaded trails but I don't want her doing much until we know she's healthy.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kona...we need a new printer too.&amp;nbsp; Keep saying that and never get one..don't think of it until we need it again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I did shoulders, the Cathe Freidrich HIIT and some CrossFit yesterday...a few miles on foot and then biked Lucy too.&amp;nbsp; I held my handstand for quite a while and the crow pose...it's really helping with my balance.&amp;nbsp; Those handstands really work your arms and core...I can feel my back muscles while I'm doing it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good Morning Everyone, I hope you all find the July thread now, it's so hard to believe we are in July already when I was just hoping April would come!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Its a cool 54 here right now, said highs about 66 so that's about perfect for me. &amp;nbsp;Weekend is showing 80 though so may be a warm one for the 4th but where I come from when it's cold so long I think I can take it!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not sure what I'll do today, maybe bike, it's looking not too windy but will check a little later in the morning after I have another cup of coffee hahaha&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Laura car repairs are the worst, seems one of ours is always needing something. &amp;nbsp;I walked quite a bit in the last week, yesterday as I said my friend and I got caught in the down pour but we won't melt, and a warm rain so no big deal.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Love seeing the new posters, please post and tell us your exercise and what you enjoy doing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have a wonderful day everyone!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG src="https://scontent-ord1-1.xx.fbcdn.net/v/t1.0-9/13495309_1128199360571632_432114563978241899_n.jpg?oh=bc0db327e68e9ac4cb7727aa52058036&amp;amp;oe=57F5C03C" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am one of those who do not enjoy exercise, but I need to get back into doing it. I love recumbant bikes but don't have one but had used one at a local senior citizen center. I have a mini-elliptical at home but what seems to work best for me is just walking. I'm one of those who starts things on a Sunday so tomorrow I will get back into the routine. I got out of it when I had a cardiac ablation done. Habits are easily broken especially if not enjoyable.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Got my food shopping and exercise done this morning. Went back to college and my NYC roots and walked over a mile to the store. Loaded the roller bag and walked over a mile back.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;And when I find the Nazi who runs the sprinklers during the day, I'm hosing him down too.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Oh and another chuckle for you about my life: I get the mail on the way back and my car is now under recall. No fix yet but when they have it, they'll fix it for me free of charge.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I need the Star Trek transporter available like now, scientist people! It's a good thing Henry Ford is gone cause I'd sucker punch him over this whole automobile thing.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Happy Sunday Funday everyone,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Welcome to the new posters too and of course I can't remember who and this forum I can't look back, well I guess there is away but I forgot. &amp;nbsp; Anyway to it starts with a "K".. hahah &amp;nbsp;I have a Proform recumbant bike and I really like it, but I also love to walk and walking is very good for you and can do it just about anywhere, just good shoes and sunscreen and your all set!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Laura your cracking me up, the Nazi sprinkler guy hahaha..too funny! &amp;nbsp; Oh boy car stuff, I can relate!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hubby and I took out bikes to the Heritage Trail today. &amp;nbsp;Only thing is it's all up hill and I mean all up hill! &amp;nbsp; It goes on and on. &amp;nbsp;I call it a gradual hill but there were some steep places. &amp;nbsp;I would have continued but hubby wanted to turn around. &amp;nbsp;It was his first time out this year and he gets a sore behind and his hands also fall asleep, they always have so he has to shake them out as he rides. &amp;nbsp;We went about 10 miles I guess. &amp;nbsp;It's really nice here about 79. &amp;nbsp; My son and his 2 girls are coming for a cook out. &amp;nbsp;My DIL is working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am watching baseball now, then will get together our grilling stuff.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hoping everyone is having a nice Holiday weekend. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG src="https://scontent-ord1-1.xx.fbcdn.net/v/t34.0-12/13566177_10213342241777532_1269190339_n.png?oh=5f8a3b7665f09d318d683bbd0ca43c6b&amp;amp;oe=577B3113" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did my 1.6 mile hike to work in 80 degree heat. &amp;nbsp;It's good we have a locker room here. &amp;nbsp;And I guess the Nazi heard me because the sprinklers were on the other side of the road this morning. &amp;nbsp;Good job!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I will be doing my 1.6 mile hike back at 5pm. &amp;nbsp;I can tell by the end of the week I may be that guy in the desert crawling on the sidewalk and begging for agua. &amp;nbsp;And I'll bet there won't be one darn sprinkler turned on either. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Loving my life right now!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hoep everyone had a great Fourth. &amp;nbsp;&lt;img id="smileyhappy" class="emoticon emoticon-smileyhappy" src="https://community.qvc.com/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-happy.png" alt="Smiley Happy" title="Smiley Happy" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/10138"&gt;@Laura14﻿&lt;/a&gt;, at least you have the luxury of getting a workout in during the course of your normal day. &amp;nbsp;Sounds good, right? &amp;nbsp;I bet it feels terrible.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just got back from my derm appt. for a routine annual check...that I haven't done for 2 years. &amp;nbsp;I had identified about 6 spots for him to look at, including a little red area I first noticed on my nose a couple of weeks ago. &amp;nbsp;I thought it might be the beginning of a blemish. &amp;nbsp;It was the spot I was least concerned about, and by golly, it was the only spot that was precancerous. &amp;nbsp;He did the freezing thing and said it will be fine. &amp;nbsp;But that's a lesson to all. &amp;nbsp;Body checks are important, and don't ignore those little spots that you think are no big deal. &amp;nbsp;They might be something that need attention, and it is no big deal if you deal with them early on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'll go do my workout soon, I promise!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, the 4th has come and gone....It was very enjoyable here, weather was darn near perfect. &amp;nbsp;We went to our parade, My GD had a bake sale there and made 16$ so she was a happy camper, my new little 5 month old GD was all dressed up in her red, white, and blue &lt;img id="smileyhappy" class="emoticon emoticon-smileyhappy" src="https://community.qvc.com/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-happy.png" alt="Smiley Happy" title="Smiley Happy" /&gt; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Then we also took my 88 year old dad to a band concert at the harbor where they played all patriotic music and played all the Military songs and when your branch of service was playing, you stood up. &amp;nbsp;It was quite moving! &amp;nbsp;My dad is an Army veteran.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;nomless so happy you will be alright! &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Laura our grass is almost at the point of needing to be mowed again too. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;KonaKat I love Leslie and she is an excellent place to start. &amp;nbsp;I walked this morning before it got too hot out, it's quite muggy too. &amp;nbsp;Our weather is usually on the chilly side.
