      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sounds like you might be lactose intolerant.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There are other things you can consume to promote good bacteria. I love MISO soup. KIMCHI is another good one to eat.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;There are soy, almond and coconut yogurts too. They are pretty good and if you add fruit or nuts or granola they are fine. I love yogurt and have made it before. I don't drink dairy but I do eat milk yogurt ;doesn't seem to affect my tummy. Also you can take probiotic capsules instead too. But take BILLIONS not millions in those. I take 28 billion a day, which are 2 caps. &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

However not plain yogurt, only fruit based yogurts...My favorite is by Chobani an it is peach flavored-so good, they also make a Black Cherry one that is delicious also. Yoplait I believe came out with a new type of yogurt-can't remember the name right now, but it was very light and fluffy and really good! I try to eat a yogurt every 2 or 3 days!&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
