topic Do you Float? in Wellness

Has anyone done "floating therapy"? I was intrigued with the isolation tanks of yesteryear (ala 'Altered States' and 'Absolutely Fabulous'), but Dallas has a place called Adrift Float Spa....instead of tanks, they have ROOMS. What does it feel like to 100%-weightless-float in a pool of Epsom salts? I'm thinking this might be my new thing...but need feedback. Do share!
