topic Does Anyone Have The "MY PILLOW"? in Wellness

I am still on a mission to find a pillow that will help with my insomnia. I know a pillow alone won't do that. At very least a truly comfortable pillow. My chiro has made suggestions but for all of these there is a "break in" period. Tried them all. I sort of like one of them (now that it is broken in) but I would like another - one that is firm and will support my head without pressure on my neck.

Is this the one? The reviews are few and most are possitive, but the two negatives refer to noise whenever one shifts positions. I certainly don't need to be woken by a noisy pillow!

Reviews? TIA
