    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;I know, not the greatest subject but I've tried so many things to maintain regularity and everthing just seems to bloat me but not move things along and I'm NOT regular at all &lt;img id="smileysad" class="emoticon emoticon-smileysad" src="https://community.qvc.com/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-sad.png" alt="Smiley Sad" title="Smiley Sad" /&gt;  Who's happy when they are constipated!!  I drink about 90oz of a water a day so getting water in with the fiber won't be a problem.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;I have done lost of reading about BRAN for regularity - I thought about mixing a serving of the Bran Buds into my daily oatmeal/flaxMeal mix &amp;amp; then maybe adding Milled Bran in my daily smoothies and see how this works for me.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Just wondering if anyone else has tried using Bran and does it work?&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;TraceMinerals (Drops) have helped me some, I think it will maybe help more if I took more, I've done a lot of reading on TraceMinerals and feel everyone would benifit by adding them to their water, we are missing our minerals from our foods!! (bad soil and such)&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
