    <description>&lt;P&gt;Morning, I thought I'd take a day off. &amp;nbsp;Been over 3 weeks so i'm going through recipes and just doing stuff inside. &amp;nbsp;It's only in the 30's here so I am very envious of those of you who are actually outside enjoying your warmer temps...I'm not saying you can't be outside but not very enjoyable...I mean 30's now! &amp;nbsp;Our normal for us way up North here is 50,,so just sayin.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Laura hike sounds wonderful! &amp;nbsp; Are you a horseback rider? &amp;nbsp;My sister has a horse and he's a big boy! &amp;nbsp;She needs a block to stand on to get on him. &amp;nbsp;She enjoys riding but only does the English style and boards him at a farm.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just made some zoodles and some pesto sauce for lunch. &amp;nbsp;Really stepping out of my comfort zone with the food, I am not a veggi person and am trying so hard. &amp;nbsp;I got a cheapo &amp;nbsp;veggeti maker at Walmart but its working fine. &amp;nbsp;Hubby isn't crazy about this new "turn" of mine! &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tomorrow all rain and not a warm one either, so will be indoors tomorrow.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have a great weekend everyone!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG src="https://scontent-ord1-1.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-xft1/v/t1.0-9/12998591_531675730350807_996357204345454928_n.jpg?oh=5f093a6becbfc4ec25d0ac8f5122734b&amp;amp;oe=57AD99EA" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Haven't been around this thread in FOREVER and I wanted to let my friends here know that I graduated last May with a degree in nutrition and exercise sciences, and for the past 5 months I've been working as a personal trainer! My clients range from age 30 to 70+, I have one client with Down Syndrome and another who is participating in the Ms New York Senior America pageant this weekend. I am loving every minute of my new career!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I do hope you feel better real soon!&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Notan- congratulations! Nothing is better than a job you like!&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;So, I am still an erratic exerciser. I have been walking- when the weather cooperates, I have been doing The Firm, chalean and some Jillian. nothing consistent, tho. &amp;nbsp;My 12 hour shifts which are really 18 hour days &amp;nbsp;are just lost days . I leave at 5am and lucky to be home by 8:30-9:00.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I keep up with posts but for some reason the QVC site on my iPad has become annoying. &amp;nbsp;I get a bunch of QVCs across the top of the page and then a full table of contents of products- I have to scroll way down to get to the forum. Sometimes if I move to a different topic, I have to scroll all the way down again. Since I am not a patient person, I have to be geared up for the extra effort.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Anyway, , I am glad you are all still there and do continue to give incentive - even if I do lack initiative!&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Cardio done. &amp;nbsp;I also figured out now to use 4 of the new machines - one of the tri machines, lat pull down, chest press and seated row. &amp;nbsp;Very impressed with them so far. It's very easy to see how much weight you're using, they're easy to adjust and very smooth. &amp;nbsp;I felt like I was able to do heavier weight than &amp;nbsp;I do using hand weights. Will definitely investigate the other machines and hope to use these regularly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi, Tony! &amp;nbsp;Good to see you. &amp;nbsp;The craft fair was fun (and lots of walking!). I saw a few things I liked, but they were very expensive, so I passed. &amp;nbsp; I fell in love with some lighted floral designs between acrylic plates. &amp;nbsp;Very co?orful and gorgeous, but about twice as much as I was willing to spend. &amp;nbsp;Nonetheless, it was a good time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Daisy, oh-oh, now your back is hurting, too? &amp;nbsp;I hope as you move around today, it loosens up and feels better.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Speaking of situps, that reminds me. &amp;nbsp;In one of the Piyo workouts I've done, Chalene does a bunch of sit-ups. &amp;nbsp;I did a bunch before I realized that they were easy for me. What a surprise. &amp;nbsp; Maybe it was because of the position she uses - arms in front of you parallel to the floor, instead of above your head.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi, Bopper, have a fun day.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Judy! &amp;nbsp;Good to see you. &amp;nbsp;How are things going? &amp;nbsp;Any trips lately? &amp;nbsp;I've been doing Piyo for a couple of weeks, too, but I'm not following the program as designed. &amp;nbsp;I'm just doing a couple of the workouts during the week. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi, Pilates, good job getting in a mix of things. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I did cardio this morning and figured out how to use the back extension machine. &amp;nbsp;I spent some time figuring out what weight to use on some of the others, but I think I've already forgotten, lol&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Happy Sunday to all.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Nomless - so good to hear from you! &amp;nbsp;Good for you on the PiYo - it's hard! &amp;nbsp;At least for this beginner's beginner as I call myself. &amp;nbsp;I have a hard time doing quite a few of the exercises so modify them to suit me. &amp;nbsp;I'm hoping as time goes on, I'll get the hang of the routines and get stronger. &amp;nbsp;Figure doing something is better than doing nothing and as time goes on, it'll get easier/better.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I do have a trip coming up this Fall. &amp;nbsp;Going to Ireland. &amp;nbsp;This trip is part of my motiviation to get exercising again. &amp;nbsp;There will be lots of walking and I need to be in better shape than I am. &amp;nbsp;My Father was from Ireland and I still have quite a few relatives there so it'll be a fun trip.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Today I did the core workout and whew it's tough. &amp;nbsp;Now off to do laundry and clean house. &amp;nbsp;Hope everyone has a good Sunday!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good Morning, it's a whopping 5 degrees here and this is Spring? &amp;nbsp; I think NOT! &amp;nbsp;Mama isn't happy! &amp;nbsp;Hahha&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I did 2 miles running on the treadmill this morning and about 15 minutes on the Total Gym. &amp;nbsp;Got a good calorie burn. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hair appt. at 1 today and then will get some groceries as tomorrow we are getting more snow once again. &amp;nbsp;Under an advisory already for tomorrow. &amp;nbsp;This will never end!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Judy good job on the PiYo...and we will take all the little changes that happen. &amp;nbsp;I am still wondering if I would like it. &amp;nbsp;I just can't seem to stick to dvd's. &amp;nbsp;I prefer machines and being outside but maybe.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Nomless are you still liking the machines at the gym? &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Waving to all, need to shower and start some laundry!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have a wonderful day!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG src="https://scontent-ord1-1.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-xlp1/v/t1.0-9/12923242_10207462800701744_8889401018712970787_n.jpg?oh=0ef0c327672e29d20a4a3f2b148966d4&amp;amp;oe=578575D6" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
