Still pretty rare without some type of trauma.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4" color="#000000"&gt;Stretching an&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;injured muscle&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;correctly(which means without increasing the pain) usually expedites one's recovery. Stretching incorrectly? Could add a myriad of problems, much worse than just muscle pain.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4" color="#000000"&gt;I am minus 3 discs in my Lumbar Spine.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I don't know what exactly I had since I only had very bad back pain at night lying down on one side away from my spine a bit which makes me think muscle. &amp;nbsp;Something I've never experienced before. &amp;nbsp;Stretching it with Lo Bak I don't think helped me out but then I don't think I had what the Lo Bak is designed to help with. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I did a lot of twisting in one of my gym classes and I think that combined with my Power class (weightlifting) did me in in some form along with hiking 16 miles on the weekends. &amp;nbsp; Whatever it is, I wouldn't wish it on anyone. &amp;nbsp;I'm still not 100% and it's only been the past couple nights that I have had a somewhat decent sleep in the past two months. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you very much for the information. &amp;nbsp;I've read a lot of your posts and you're obviously knowledgable on the subject. &amp;nbsp;I appreciate you sharing it with me. &amp;nbsp;I've been looking high and low to see what may work and I'll read it all. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
