      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="lucida sans unicode,lucida sans" color="#0000FF" size="2"&gt;Her PBS special (&lt;EM&gt;Glorious Women Never Age&lt;/EM&gt;, connected to her book &lt;EM&gt;Goddesses Never Age&lt;/EM&gt;) was recently repeated and I re-watched some of it.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; I loved her tip on balance.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="lucida sans unicode,lucida sans" color="#0000FF" size="2"&gt;Stand on one foot, eyes closed, and see how long you can do it.&amp;nbsp; Then try on the other foot.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="lucida sans unicode,lucida sans" color="#0000FF" size="2"&gt;Over time, you should be able to increase your time.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="lucida sans unicode,lucida sans" color="#0000FF" size="2"&gt;Balance is so needed for us as human beings.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="lucida sans unicode,lucida sans" color="#0000FF" size="2"&gt;I hope anyone able to stand can give this a try.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1254"&gt;@GingerPeach﻿&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was helping my trainer conduct a Senior Sneakers seminar &amp;amp; he handed out a study showing the benefits of one-legged standing. &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unipedal Standing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There was a study showing one minute standing on one leg equals 50+minutes of walking, weight-bearing speaking. &amp;nbsp;Oh, I don't know how true this is, but it's important to balance...for ALL ages!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="http://www.denvernaturopathic.com/unipedalstandinghipfractures.htm" target="_blank"&gt;http://www.denvernaturopathic.com/unipedalstandinghipfractures.htm&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
