topic Question for Weight-Watcher leader in Wellness

I'm hopeful that a WW Leader can give me some guidance. First of all, I am a lifer three-times over and am again well over my goal weight. And, I recently had triple bypass surgery. Needless to say, I am now committed to a major change in life style habits; one of which is to lose this extra weight. My Cardiologist has told me I should follow a low-fat, low-sodium heart-healthy diet. Have been doing alot of research into the American Heart Association recommendations and have followed their suggestions. Lost a quick 20 lbs, but have now plateaued for the last 3 weeks. Since I like the WW programs and have been successful in the past, would really like to return. But....has the American Heart Association endorsed WW as a heart-healthy diet? I have not yet been able to find any information on this.
